  1. Better get out the toasted Subway subs...they'll clean up that mess
  2. At the end he is pretty proud of sticking two gauges in the dash, I highly doubt this guy is the amazing mechanic he says he is...
  3. Hey Mike, if you're serious about selling either Ole' Blue or the Hulk shoot me a PM or an e-mail with some details, I've always been a big fan of your cars...
  4. Its not really Mr. K, just some actor that is supposed to portray Mr. K, or the spirit of Mr. K or something. Great commercial though.
  5. Haven't gotten it yet, been busy over the weekend, but I thought that Bentley one was super hard too, I'm also using the joystick.
  6. I have one more test to go to get my Super license, its driving me crazy. I spent 8 damn minutes driving around Nurburgring in a Mercedes only to lose by one second. Its so painful when you hear that stupid Ferris Bueller song playing after 8 minutes of intense racing or if you're like 6 minutes into it and you slide off the track or touch a wall.
  7. My mom has a 94 325i, it may not be the most luxurious or the fastest car out there, but it sure is fun to drive. That stupid brake light circuit error is always showing too, and the damn brake light goes out like every other month also.
  8. Should I turbo/stroke my L-series, or should I go with a V8?
  9. Are you sure about that? Mine lets me use the right analog stick for gas/brake
  10. Just picked it up yesterday myself, and yes you really need the wheel. I'm probably going to buy it pretty soon but as for now I've been using the controller and it is really difficult. Bought me a GNX for my first car, now have it up to 530 hp and smoking Vipers like theres no tomorrow. The graphics are amazing and the sound is awesome too when you hook it up to the Dolby surround sound. I just wish I had an HDTV to play it at 1080i in widescreen.
  11. Wouldn't that be just a little difficult to move around?
  12. I don't know what you guys are talking about...I didn't see one of the most hideous things I've ever seen in my life...
  13. I actually think that yellow one is pretty cool looking. Those things have tons of room inside for as small as they are. If you ever decide to sell let me know, I've been a fan of the "Hulk" for quite some time now
  14. I have a 1994 325i 4-door myself and have been thinking the same exact thing my friend...
  15. Well, the 318 and 325 are pretty much identical except you can get a 318ti which is an ugly hatchback version. As far as powerplants go, the 318 has an anemic 4 banger while the 325 sports a sweet inline 6. My mom has a 1994 325i auto that I used to drive to and from high school. It still doesn't look dated and is decently quick. It usually gets about 20-21 mpg in the city and pushes around 29 mpg on the highway. It handles pretty good too. From what I understand the M50 inline 6 has 190 hp and is supposed to be reallky reliable. My mom has had a few problems with hers, mostly from the plastic fan blades warping and going through the radiator (happened twice). Also the water pump impellers are made of plastic and go bad fast. We've had no transmission problems whatsoever, but the car has become incredibly loud over the years, most people think that it has some sort of aftermarket ricer type exhaust and the drone from it drives my mom crazy. Overall its a damn nice car if you can find one for $3K, but parts are $$$ so make sure you do your homework first. EDIT: I'm referring to the E36 style bimmer, 92-97 model years.
  16. Well, you could always go for a mid-80's diesel Mercedes. As for the Mustang, you really can't beat the bang for your buck factor of the fox bodies but if you go with the 5.0 then so much for your gas mileage. For 3k you could get a 95-98 or so (newer body style) 6 cylinder Mustang or go for a 93-97 Firebird or Camaro V6. I know its not RWD but you could consider a first gen Eclipse/Talon/Laser turbo, and then you could have AWD. You could also try a 2nd gen RX-7 or an MKIII Supra, those are fun cars as well.
  17. See what I'm talking about
  18. And that was the last they saw of Mayor McCheese...
  19. My uncle just bought a Magnum RT for a work vehicle, it really can hold a full size ladder, a bunch of tools and electrical equipment. I drove it and man it really does go, but it seems like the tranny is holding back, like the computer is programmed not to let you really open it up, nothing a reflash can't fix I'm sure. They are extremely quiet around town, but as soon as you get on it, the Hemi comes to life and sounds spectacular. They are deceptively big, you don't realize how much room is in them until you're sitting in it.
  20. Ole Blue's looking good Mike! Now for the obligatory, when are you finishing the Hulk question...
  21. Whoa don't get me started...lately my roommate has gotten me into Guiness, Sierra Nevada Pale Ale, and Pete's Wicked Ale. Usually if I have my choice, I'll take a Corona or a Yuengleng. I'm also a sucker for a good Fat Tire Amber Ale but I have a hard time finding it in FL, the only places I ever had it was in Montana and Colorado. Anyone who is a real beer enthusiast should head down to the annual Orlando Beer Festival aka Beerfest. This year was my first one since I'm 21 now and although it rained the entire time, it was amazing, I tried probably close to 100 beers (2 oz's at a time). Its held around Thanksgiving every year at Citywalk, which is where Universal, Islands of Adventure, Margaritaville, Emeril's, etc. are.
  22. I love my Z, but for a nice daily driver that hauls I'd love to build a nice 1JZ SC300. You can pick high mileage ones up for super cheap and 1JZ's also seem to be going for super cheap. I'd love to have me a nice 300+ rwhp Soarer, leather interior, wood trim dash. That's probably my ideal daily driver right now.
  23. Another round of shirts would be great, mine was my favorite shirt until my roommate's dog big a hole in it, now its a work shirt.
  24. I have that exact one and it does really way a ton...works great though by the way.
