  1. Sell it and let somebody else worry about it
  2. Good lord thats a lotta posts... I'm at...hang on for the edit...358...there we go...
  3. Now' date=' why do I see so many Bricklin's in Wisconsin? If nobody knows what a Bricklin is, read up. As for the AWD G35, the only downfall is that it will only get an automatic transmission. As soon as those puppies come out, there will be an aftermarket turbo setup installed with the headline, "The next Skyline?" Hmm... [img']http://images.intellichoice.com/Large/03280G35]SporCo[[]]2152.gif[/img] !M! Hey I almost bought a Bricklin just for the curiousity factor and the fact that they were built in my mom's home town of St. Johns, New Brunswick.
  4. All in all, over the years its been a very reliable car. The main problem I've had is that 3 times, the fan has broken apart and torn up the radiator and/or hoses pretty bad...not exactly a little problem. This last time though I had a set of relatively new belts break apart on me on the highway (I noticed a fan blade missing once again but couldn't determine if that was the actual cause). Luckily the radiator survived this time. Each time it happened it was about 3 or 4 years apart and after the second time I was willing to write it off as a freak accident but now I don't know. The main little things that are driving me crazy involve the computer control center thing that tells you if anythings wrong. Its always telling me I have brake lights out and that my lights aren't working but they clearly are. Also, one of the power seats is acting up. Another thing is the car has developed an incredibly annoying exhaust note and I can't figure out exactly why considering the entire exhaust system is perfectly intact. Most these problems seem to be on my car only, I've looked at many BMW forums and what not and not seen the same thing on other peoples 3-series. The main problem lots have is that the plastic impellers on the water pump come apart after a while, but it can be replaced with one with metal impellers I believe. Overall I would probably recommend the E36 3-series since for the most part its given me reliable transporation for the last 10 years and its still running strong after 120k miles. Pretty decent performance out of the 190 hp 2.5L and decent handling to match too.
  5. Hey I actually found that site months ago and posted it here but I guess nobody paid attention... http://www.hybridz.org/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=26500&highlight= Anyway heres another another BMW hybrid I came across a while ago, this time its Lexus powered, and unlike the LS1 one, it's up and running. http://www.autospeed.com/A_1583/page1.html I have a '94 325i myself with about 120k on it and its been having lots of minor problems lately so I am very interested in hearing more about this myself. It would make a hell of a sleeper and you could have an M5 killer on your hands for a lot cheaper than the real thing.
  6. Oh, yeah? Well today I was driving down Highway 50 here in Orlando and I looked to my right and saw a Lancer. I looked at the driver and said "Damn, that's Abe Lincoln right there!" Next thing I know the guy goes driving past me and his tag says "OLD ABE". Now that was funny, just wish I had the digicam with me .
  7. I showed my friends and they're already trying to pool money together to buy it, hell they'd probably have it by now if it was closer. I think they like the idea of owning a "famous" car. Come to think of it, I really need some new friends .
  8. If this guy is as bad as you say he is, and did infact try to settle without your knowledge, you can sue him for malpractice and try to recover some damages. Anything deals or pleas or anything has to be your call, you being the client has the final say on everything.
  9. Hey Scottie, the thermometer in my car read 47* around 11 PM last night out here in the UCF area.
  10. Cool, I like the domain name. Your Z is definitely "altered" so the name seems very fitting .
  11. All the sudden everyones challenging Aux's supremacy. I say you dig into your arsenal and show these guys who's boss .
  12. Man I'd love to have a Northstar Fiero. My old STS was a damn quick car for weighing in around 4k lbs. I'd love to have that MR2 too, talk about a sleeper .
  13. Hey Mike, what seats do you have in yours now? I'm 5'8" also and the stock seats are so low they drive me crazy, if and when I get another Z as a daily driver I'm definitely going to put something a little higher up in there.
  14. Damn they have some cool stuff there, I wish it were easier to import cars, if it was I'd buy half the stuff on there.
  15. Lets get Silicon Boy in here for confirmation lol. Yeah she is an Orlando local though, I've seen her around too
  16. I don't think so dude, I have a feeling we may be seeing some upside down Rodeo pics. I'd never try anything like that in my pos Exploder, that piece feels like its gonna flip at the slightest turn of the wheel, hell I think the wind could flip it if it blew hard enough.
  17. If you like Deloreans how bout a Bricklin SV-1. Built in very limited quantities in 1975-76 in New Brunswick, Canada and came with either an AMC V8 (360 I think) or a Ford 351W. They are pretty cool looking and sport some cool gullwing doors. If one came along I'd probably buy it, I guess I just like weird stuff like that.
  18. I got a digital camera, a palm pilot, a watch, sunglasses, Ruger .44 mag rifle, and a 1:18 scale diecast 1970 240Z .
  19. Yeah I saw it on Comedy Central too, some of the funniest stuff I've seen in a long time.
