    I will get a sun shade screen when out doors, park in the shade if possible and keep it garaged. Now they have products that are more friendly to use on dashes , just take care of it.

    LS1 is the IMO , the choice engine for resto mods , tons of info, HP at your wallet's discretion , GM parts at your local NAPA store

    Mine has the squeaking syndrome, I tame the noise with penetrating oil but only for a few miles. So I live with it

    ^^^^^ I do hope that the up trend continues, but seems that the norm is , spend 50 + or - G's on a nice built Z conversion LS1 or what ever and if the time to sell for what ever reason comes, you collect if lucky a bit over half of that money. So I have come to this rational, think on how much value/money it cost you to enjoy that car as a lease. You pay for the smiles per miles , yes a very irrational thought , but it works for me , let me enjoy my money pit

    Aint that the truth, seems like when you put tons of $$$$$$ in a well sorted Z , people will ahh and wow all day long . But if the day to move on comes , there is no $$$$$'s to wow on

    Pre set to turn on at 175/185, turns off the fans at 165f , it has worked fine for over a yr. The ECM for some reason was not sending the signal for proper functions.

    Mine has this external type rad fan relay, set at 175f .

    It is fairly accurate, at 89c=190f it kicks the fans, the auto fan relay is set to go at 175f , so it is Ok for now. It's keeping me informed and that was the target for this quick fix.

    I got the temperature device installed, works fine, it reads in Celsius not in Fahrenheit , i'll just double the reading for a WAG . Now I have a temp gauge as a back up . Pics on the way
