  1. texis30O You will need a 14mm fuel rail. Email or PM me for prices and further info. Thanks pallnet
  2. Sir I didn't know this thread existed or I would have chimed in a lot earlier. I know that anything can be subject to a mistake or failure for one reason or another. I'm stumped as to why you didn't contact me on this if you are sure this is one of mine. Please email me with pictures at different angles of your assembled rail and the area of the problem. Pictures of the part leaking will help as well. I have very few issues compared to the number of rails I have made but when contacted I do my best to help solve the issue at hand. Thanks pallnet@hotmail.com
  3. UPDATE: I have the last of the recent rail orders going out Monday so if you're waiting on your rail then it should be there by mothers day weekend unless you placed an order from outside the USA or something bad happens. OK some people know about the project I'm working on for Tony and George and I have pics but I will post them as soon as the project is finished. It's a spare time project unless they say otherwise. It's worth the wait. Another side project is going through some pressure testing this week coming. Some guys asked me to make some VG30E rails a while back and I made some but I kinda left it alone since there was a vender making them already. I recently recieved a few emails from some Z31 guys and it seems that the vender is not supplying fuel rails anymore. I have to research to get a good price and workout some details after testing but here's a few teaser pics. Sorry but they are cell phone pics. Here are some pics of the 11mm version. I will be making a 14mm version too... Of course I still supply L28 fuel rails to replace the stock rail using stock barb style, 11mm O-ring and 14mm O-ring injectors. PM or email me with any questions. Thanks pallnet pallnet@hotmail.com
  4. Sir Your order is in route and should be there any day now. Thanks pallnet
  5. Sir Yes I still make fuel rails, they are made to order. Email or PM me and I will forward you all of the details. Thanks pallnet
  6. *UPDATE* I have a fist full of fuel rail orders going out Tuesday morning, the shipper is closed Monday but I have to work my regular 10hr day, go figure... I have been getting a few PM's and emails from you guys asking about the exhaust manifold stud kits I used to sell. I'm thinking about stocking them again let me know if you guys think it's a good idea. I would like to get a little feedback before I make a large investment in hardware. I used to sell them for $35.00 per kit with $5.00 shipping on up to 2 kits going anywhere in the USA. The studs are the same as before, 10.9 grade. They are very hard to break. The nuts are pinched and flanged so they lock and secure really well. You will have to reuse your thick washers and the 4 upper intake bolts on the EFI engines but they never go bad. *WORK RELATED UPDATE* Here at the Toyota dealer I work for they decided to build a 3rd service team and since I'm one of the four certified master techs there and since I work well with others I have to head up the third team. I havn't seen anymore money just yet but you guys know how that goes. So far I'm the only tech on that team. I don't let myself goof off I run a tight ship but I'm kind, I take myself to lunch everyday so I feel appreciated and that I'm a valued member of the team.. *HOME FRONT UPDATE* I planted a nice garden and it's crawfish season.... Enough said!... Thanks pallnet
  7. Mr Guyton I'm sorry for the delay in your order. When I returned from my business trip there were some unexpected personal issues here waiting for me to get home. It has been rough so I havn't been home long enough to do any work this past week. Now that I'm home i can wrap up yours and the few other orders just placed. Sit tight, I will have it shipped and a tracking # for you no later than Tuesday evening. Thank you for understanding.
  8. Vador & Christine There's a possibility your email had been purged in my spam mail. To answer your question. I do still offer gauges on the rails I make. I will PM you the info. Thanks for being patient. pallnet
  9. Sir I don't know of any injector holders that are different and hold the Supra injectors. The stock L injector O-ring that fits the center of the injectors is too loose for the Supra injectors. I think if a thicker center O-ring were found then the stock L holders would hold the Supra injectors in place before installing the rail. My rail holds the O-ring injectors in place. I know that area looks like it's missing something but I personaly ran an 11mm rail on my high powered turbo setup exactly like the ones I sell and without holders it ran with "0" issues. I will be running one again on my future motor swap, without injector holders. Thanks pallnet
  10. Mr Guyton: Your order came in too late for me to finish it before I go out of town. Most of it is complete and the plan is to ship it out on the 23rd or 24th when I return. Everyone elses order placed previous were completed and shipped. Thanks pallnet
  11. bsmuwk: You order with the few others placed in that time period will be shipped at the end of this week. wlguyton: If you plan on useing the stock EFI for yout year than a barbed rail will be the best for your needs. PM me for my most up to date price list. NOTE: I will be out of town for training from March 19th-23rd. During that time I will not be able to produce rails or work on other projects. Thanks pallnet
  12. Sir I replied. I got a little sidetracked the past few days. thanks pallnet
  13. Sir Barbed will have threaded holes down the center bottom of the rail. O-ringed will have offset smooth bored holes down the bottom of the rail. If you are unsure just email me some pics up close and I will tell you what you have. pallnet
  14. Ladies & Fellas I'm knee deep in George and Tony's rail project and it's looking great. No pics till it's done. All orders have shipped out. Thanks! I'm open for L28 orders (barb, 11mm and 14mm) pallnet@hotmail.com
  15. Kevin: Send me an email and will reply as soon as I see it. Everyone else: If you placed an order in the past week and a half just sit tight. I honestly wasn't ready for such a large number of orders at the same time so I ran short on fittings. My supplier said they should be here for this weekend so the held up orders should go out early this coming week. Thanks pallnet
  16. Victor Email me and I will give you the run down. Anyone can tell you that a rail replacement job is not hard as long as you have basic mechanical skills. Thanks pallnet
  17. Sir Because there is personal info in the info you requested I forwarded you the email I received from the postoffice. It states that the package was delivered. Thanks pallnet
  18. Sir It is good to own a lathe or have a freind with one in this situation. I cut my dust shield in less then 10 minutes on my lathe. It was super easy and it clears the ears of the yoke. Good luck pallnet
  19. Yes sir I have O-ring rails going out this coming weekend. Thanks pallnet
  20. Sir Stock FPR from an 82-83 280ZX, Aeromotive, or SX units will work. Thanks pallnet
  21. I run this setup in my L28ET powered S13. It's a smooth shifting transmission if you get one that hasn't been abused by someone with ambitions of an amature race carear. You will need to shorten the driveshaft, relocate the shifter hole in most cases and mod the trans mount. I run the 240mm clutch in mine. Good luck pallnet
  22. Sir Take a small hammer and tap it out from the bottom where the nut fits. The locking pin is just that, it's driven in then sinched into place by the nut/washer. this wedges against the spindle pin. Once you remove them the real fun begins. I didn't reinstall them in the 2 cars I had. I threaded the locking pin holes to cap them off with plugs, greased the hole and pins real well before installing and then installed the spindle pins as floaters like other car makers did. I never had a problem after doing this. Good luck. pallnet
  23. EvilC Send again please. I had a screwup on my end and erased a bunch of emails by accident. Thanks pallnet
  24. Sir Yes I'm still making rails for anyone in need. Email me for more info. Thanks pallnet@hotmail.com
  25. kmadsen Sir, Email me at pallnet@hotmail.com and I will be more then glad to help you choose according to your needs. jimbob_racing Sir,You have a couple of choices. 1) Use the stock FPR 76-78 works best and plumb it in on the return side of the fuel rail, I did this on my 240SX and I mounted it to the intake manifold. Others use an afterarket FPR the same way, I did this on my Z and it was mounted to the firewall. Some mount the aftermarket FPR to the rail directly with an adapter fitting, I suggest you keep the size and weight in mind if you're going this route and I wouldn't rule out a support bracket if the FPR is kinda large. Thanks pallnet
