ive always love the 280zx in red its probly its best color. what color are you going to repaint it?

replyling back to starfishdata. im not into moding the body of the S130...ill stay with the turbo tail lights.....that being said i dont like the tail light idea seems like to much work or some skyline nockoff.......BUT thats just me, i think if its done it will be nice to see somthing diffrent an would get mad prop's from a lot of people i sure.

dude i have never seen those seats in a 280zx ever......i have the stock high backs in mine but they look diffrent, ill take a pic tommarow an post it......i like them, they kinda look like the seats that came in the mid 90's honda pralude's. {trash}

i was talking about the crome rods in the front air dam of the 280zx the dark blue colored one that judas light posted a pic of. i dont like the crome rod's. never have. but its deffrent an its not rusting away.

i was told that if i was to put S2000 seat's in my S130 i would have to weld them in.............sounds stupid i think. so did u have to weld them in...... i feel stupied for posting this question but must know.

ok. im going to say this, i like ur 280zx, but i dont like that "stuff" in the front. intercooler would have looked a lot better to me. BUT BUT it looks nice for what it is at least its getting fixed up, an not rusting away.

I got my air dam from MSA "The Z Store.com" i spend $180.00 on the front air dam, an $220.00 on my rear skirt {style 2}. shipping was like 60.00 together. P.S. i kind wish i didn't change the rear bumper but it got ride of a lot of wieght by doing so. it looks good but i kinda like the stock rear skirt to start with personal pref in the end.

Dude i love the front air dam!!! i just got mine {same one from the looks of it} and am having it put on right now..nice S130, is it turbo?

do u have the turbo exhast mainfold? turbocharger? what color is the dash?? interested in buying.

keep in mind i had to get ride of my front end, do to the fact that the big front mount intercooler was hitting the 2 support rode's an i couldn't get around it so just a heads up

wow clean S130! thanks for the post agian, its a little brighter {sunset marroina burnt orange from the 350Z} then the stock copper color it had from the factory. its getting repainted again, for the 3rd time in about 6 mounths, it's had some overspray an some prety bad dust spots an im just not going to pay all that money for little thing's to mess it up....also i have to redo the front air dam {will not be using the front stock bumper} becuase the intercooler{exspeed} couldn't fit with the old front bumper in the way.

its would save you time an money to just turbo it agian.....

here's the deal, my A/C blow's cold, but only blow's out of the 2 front vent's when it feel's like it, other wise it blow's out of the floor vent's an 'only a VARY VARY little out of the front vent's when it's come out of the floor vent's......i was just wanted to know if anyone else has had this problem an if so what was rong. also when i turn on the A/C i can hear a grinding sound for about 2 sec's then it gose away. i have tryed looking for post over it an can't find anything. maby you can help me out. well i just put a rust killer, then sanded the ♥♥♥♥ out of all the rusted area's the primed them, i cut all the jaged metal out an the used a fiberglass body filler an shaped it.........the to the paint shop it went. its held up great......but time will tell. also back to what "rolling parts" was saying about finding damage around the windshield structure "SO TRUE" i had some spot's that i had to fix. also try ebay for the plastic clip's i got them cheaper then black dragon. chris M. 1981 280zx 1983 280zx
