Yes you did get a steal, your lucky to find it under 100,000 miles a great start I in the other hand I got my 83 280zx turbo for also $700 but it had no interior one bucket seat only dash and middle console had 70,000 original miles had an aftermarket T3/T4 turbo koyo radiator, msd blaster, cold air intake cusco front suspension & hks rear suspension & 4 piston caliper front brakes oh needed a new starter & bad intake manifold gasket and it broke down a week after I got it the suspension came apart while driving it lol.

Well the car I in bought in California was running on 7 psi with a T3/T4 turbo but it had a bad gasket so I couldnt really put my foot on it but it still ran strong on a L28ET that has 70,000+ miles on it. Also I have a rebuild L28ET with a rebuild T3 turbo and before I do the swap could I take the injectors from the running L28ET and put it in my non turbo L28E? Only reason I'm mentioning it is cuz I'm kinda despret for some power & out of money so my 81 280zx L28E motor has like 159,000+ miles and the injectors need to be changed no junk yards here carry anymore 280zx's so I kinda just wanna take what I got at my dispossal, all I've done to the car is a cold air intake, flowmaster exhaust, msd blaster & a stage 2 spec clutch runs strong but sometimes it feels like it loses power then it gains it back it just depends how I warm it up or if I clean my spark plugs then it will be even better but they get dirty within 2-3 days then it runs like crap!

Good god the only thing I would take is that white interior you can't even part the car but seriously WHY I thought some of crazy anime cars from japan were bad.

I been wanting to put the stock turbo on my L28E from my L28ET that's laying around until I get some more money to swap into my 280zx non turbo. What things do I have to do to make my non turbo into a turbo I'm just courious how it would work and If it's easy I'll do it.

Poor car I hate when people mess em up like bondoing them like crazy on top of that he put Camero Z28 hood inserts that's really gay.

How about putting the intake manifold from the l28et to the l28e then Putting the rest on it?

This ain't my engine just had it on my phone, but I would like to try doing this I have 2 l28et's one of em is complete with 70k & the other is a rebuild & rebuild turbo. Wondering if I could do this myself with the stock manifold or the l28et manifold right onto the flat top l28e.

Need some help deciding for some rear wings I been looking for a long time now and only seen a few different rear wings for the 280zx, so I need some help in how to even get any of em.

Well it went a lot worst than I thought the brake line and power steering line ripped so it's screwed unless I fix it but it has the front two calipers aftermarket 4 piston caliper they stop real nice so Ima take those off too the car is Gonna end up being a shell I might be selling parts.

Yeah that's the same thing he told me off an S13/240sx but it road like crap way to bumpy and hits everywhere, front suspension it says cusco and those are without the camber kit I guess they took it off before I bought it and the back suspension is an HKS I'll put up some pics on Sunday when I go to the shop. The black 280zx I bought is the one that the front passenger wheel came right off, splidle broke well pretty much the whole suspension fell apart.

Oh yeah the wheels were on the car when I bought the it wasn't really my intention to having it looking like that but it looks different, the air dam is a hard to find poly-urethane but mines fiberglass.

Ok this is the car I bought December 23rd at sacramento I just happen to find the pictures on myspace from the old owner before and after pics, the last 3 pics is how I bought it & as you see on my first post I got the hood and the air dam off this car on mine now.

Hey hybriders I finally got a 83 280zx hood put on the car also the msa air dam I think that's the name of who makes it, also gonna try to find some one that can sell me a series 2 bumper which are on the 81 turbos and 82-83 280zx's. For right now the hood and the air dam are primered black still gotta fix a crack on the air dam I got it used when I bought the 83 turbo. Just wanted to throw this out I have a t3/t4 turbo on my l28et and damn it makes my car fly plus they can handle a good 400, 500, even 600 horsepower.

Well I ain't no record braker here but I just bought a 83 s130 turbo with a blown gasket and still got well over 100 most of the way from sacramento Cali to Medford Oregon and I thought I was gonna only be able to do 55 the whole way there.

Well I just got a 83 280zx that I bought and it has a rear hks suspension kit I'll put up pictures soon.

Nice!!! I almost bought one off eBay over a year ago for my 280zx.

Cool then Ima look into it but what really sucks since I got a front end damage Im hoping that nothing broke.

Ok I have a lot of questions to ask to who may know this info so I'll try to be as most specific as possible. First question can a 1981 280zx turbo hood & front/rear bumpers fit on a 81 non turbo 280zx? The same goes to the 82-83 280zx's parts for the 81 280zx's. If so is there some modifications I have to do or will they just bold right on?

Is there a website for the plentum?
