  1. Plus suspension travel will be an issue might hit the insides of fenderwalls or be very very close to the suspension.
  2. Cool, maybe on a weeked or what not, I'm going to need your email address. We sometimes drive through the back way on Santiago Canyon to Trabuco Canyon, maybe we could do that and stop by your house with a couple Z guys =P. Thanks for all your help again buddy.
  3. I don't think you'll clear stock suspension with tires that big. Anything over 7 inches wide you might have clearance problems on both sides. Also, 18"s are quite big and will look goofy.
  4. you're going to need some negative 20 offset or what not man. This is a Japanese Setup for ZG Watanabes 15x8.5 -6 offset, 16x9 -19 offset just to make it fit right... Look for other wheels or don't ZG it with those wheels.
  5. I think BBS makes some really good adapter type spacers. Like bolt on spacers, but the Z -> Honda ones though.
  6. I don't know what type the modern motorsports one is but that seems to be a popular one here on Hybrid. I'm sure Ross could help you out.
  7. I think I did say please in the post, it was at the end... I do not have the carbs installed yet but I hope to install them to the point where they can run okay, then take it to some shop. I see 91 and 57 isn't that far from me since I live in Orange County... Thank you for all the help, I'll see what they can do.
  8. I have searched all over the forums to find someone to tell me where I could find someone who could install and or tune tripples. Some of the shops around here cost way too much and some shops can't do them anymore. So talking to the local so cal guys I have found Pierre Z which costs an arm and a leg. Mike's Z Shop which is okay, not great. Or do you guys tune the tripples yourself? HELP ME PLEASE...
  9. I'm trying to get straight what your problem is? I will soon be running Solex 40's with a Mikuni manifold...Not yet however. Also I live in Orange County, CA so maybe we can help each other when doing the install. Have you found anyone that can tune tripples for a cheap affordable price?
  10. Tripple carbs are a very tricky thing if not tuned correectly. I havn't done it myself but am in the process of running triple 40mm Solex Carbs with a Mikuni Manifold. However, if you havn't had them rebuilt in a while, it is highly suggested that you do so, I know a guy on Ebay that sells rebuild kits for the carbs at a good price. Nissan Motorsports (The American One) should have the Mikuni Service Manuals. There is a guy named Gerald at Glendale Nissan in California and his phone number is (818) 547-5550 at the dealership. Ask for him andw then ask for a Mikuni Service manual if they have it. Nissan Part Numbers that may be of some help to you... Mikuni Carb Rebuild Kit 99996-S1044 Okay, I don't remember the one for the rebuild manual, but go ahead and ask. I can't seem to find anyone who can tune Tripple Carbs at an affordable price around here.
  11. I've also seen an SR20DET Powered Z33...really unique I took this picture and also have a larger version of it if anyone is interested.
  12. Thank You, And yes this guy is correct. You leave the camera lens "open" for longer to capture more light and this is the effect you get.
  13. I'm going with either 15x7.5 with 0 offset or 15x8 with 0 offset. Damn I love Japanese wheels with the correct offsets, however they are costly but damn worth it.
  14. How much are you willind to spend? I saw some Gram LIghts 57 Pro that I liked that are 15x7.5 with a 0 offset.
  15. When you buy the 17x7 wheels from MSA, the price includes spacers needed for the wheels, hope this helps.
  16. Anyone know the stock offset of the slotted mags? Also will 15x8 with a 0 offset fit underneath a stock suspention and stock body? Same question above, will 15x8 with -12 offset fit in the rear or up front?
  17. Nismo make some also. http://www.courtesyparts.com i think, or courtesynissan.com
  18. Anyone know the stock offset of the slotted mags?
  19. Anyone know the stock offset of the slotted mags?
  20. What's the biggest wheel and offset I can place on stock suspension? Can I run 15x8 with -12 offset all the way around without rubbing anywhere? or Can I run 16x8 with +10 offset in the front and 16x8.5 in the rear with a -6 offset safely without rubbing?
