Or, you can have the Z Gods looking out for you..... 2003 I take my 75 280Z to my local DMV to register it because I bought it from a person in Texas. Part of this process is one of the DMV people have to come out to the car for a visual. I thought this is it, I'm done for. I open the hood and say to the person , " Doesn't that look cool??" There is my 355 SBC with a new blower on it plus alot of chrome parts and the car has sidepipes. The person said "Yes, it looks real nice." Next question was where is the federal emmision sticker on the underside of the hood? My answer was when they cut the hood to mount the cowl the sticker was on the part they threw away. The person said ,OK..... and signed off on my DMV form...... Damn... Needless to say I will not say what sex that person was. I then had to get it smoged, but that's a story for another time..... LOL LARRY

Thanks for the comments. The car is a basic stock 5-speed with interior from a car with 8,000 miles on it that had been sittting since 1981 in a warehouse due to a forgotten police impound. The seats are from a 82 280ZX with leather and suede. They have little ZX's on them. A guy was in an accident and the person who owned the house where it happened went out and bought the seats from the guy on the spot. The car was totaled. I bought the rear panel from MSA with 2 speakers in it. Katie doesn't like the picture of her in this shot but I do..... LARRY
