did you put the wrong type of oil in the car???? hehehe i nailed my fingder on the slave cylinder bolt, and gashed it to the bone--- its cause ive been running her hard without tuning her yet

its all about a 300ZX throttle cable. have spork cut a small hole in the flange where the throttle body fits, then weld on an attachemnt to the accelerator pedal, and boom...throttle cable. if i knew how to post pics of my engine, i would show you, but my setup works perfectly. there...notice the cable on the right side of the flange! and it fits perfectly!

well i made the descision to get the stage 2 instead of the stage 3...hopefully that will work out better! thanks guys for all the info!

hey guys, got a problem over here. some guys on zcar.com think i have the wrong camshaft... i just got done building my engine. N42 combo overbored .020, matched dished pistons and rings, new valves, port and polish, all that sort of stuff. anywho, i put a stage 3 camkit from MSA in her, and some guys are saying the car wont run good with that cam on a 8.4:1 engine...what do yall think? i talked to eddie radatz (southern z guy) and he said it should work fine, but i wanted a mass opnion...perhaps i should switch to a stage 2 kit before i turn the engine over and run the cam?

how "fast" is that?

hey guys, i just got my engine rebuilt, and i was wondering about how much horses it should push. its bored out .020 with oversize pistons and rings. head and intake port matched, along with a 60mm TB thats also bored out. All new valves, 3-angle valve job,cold air intake, MSA Camshaft kit, Stage II. rods and crank polished and balanced. Resurfaced flywheel with 4lbs taken off. MSA 2 1/2in headers, 6 into 1. no cat. 3.9 rear end, with a 2+2 clutch and 5 speed tranny.... im thinking about 220-240 at flywheel? what do yall think? ahh, no AC to take away horespower too....

how about working for NAPA sucks? its, andrew, the kid with the Z. how about this years love, by david grey? its kinda a thank you...

Id say around $5500-$6000 for the z.....
