  1. My wheels came off a 2nd gen RX-7, never checked the PCD but they fit! They are 10 x 16 and -12 offset I think. Owen
  2. Sounds good, who's got a huge tv and dolby surround? Next week is not good, got friends coming from Japan. Owen
  3. I do understand the story and trust me, you ain't missin much! If anyone really wants to know, I already have some sort of synopsis made out, if I can find it... Me too on seeing more street racing, just one scene quarter mile against the gold GTR. Owen
  4. "Anyone wanna sell me a set of Enkei's?" Email Hiromi on this (the guy asking about the draw thru carbs, he has a set he's not using right now Owen
  5. "Can anyone find that guys email at that Wangun Midnight sight....I wan't his wheels." You might be able to find this in another thread. I looked it up and they were AVS Type6 or something? Owen
  6. Flare it! I run 10.5 (or was it 10.0) in the rears with 245s, may have to roll the fender lip a bit. Owen
  7. Here's some. http://v8zcar.topcities.com/s30z/wangan.htm http://v8zcar.topcities.com/sanmaruz/misc3.htm They just bolt on. You can use rivets or just some regular bolts, the holes are about a quarter inch. Owen
  8. Good work there! That seat you test fit, it's the same as my passenger one. Don't tell me you actually fit in that thing?! It was crampt for even me! Owen
  9. Hey Tim, Here's some shots of mine. Nothing's changed since you last saw it. Got the cell box all done too Towards the bottom at: http://v8zcar.topcities.com/s30z/quo.htm Owen
  10. Where's da pix? And now what about the seats?? Owen
  11. Door skins with mounts for bigger speakers! A hood would be nice and fenders too. Owen
  12. Tim, didn't you say you had that single weber? I kinda remember you saying "he can have it" too Hiromi, just get a V8, just kidding Might as well try to find an intercooler too! Owen
  13. Also check locally for engine builders. Whether mail or order of local, you'll be asked how the car will be used, what your rear-endratio is, what kind of cam you want, etc. What tranny do you plan to use? Mating a newer 6-speed to an older block requires a different rear seal, and not all the 6-speeds are the same (LT1 vs LS1). So I would try and think about that first. You don't want to receive your EG and then your tranny and find out they don't mate! Owen
  14. That really sucks...did you find out the cause? Dirty fuel clogging the rotors inside and causing it to get too hot or something? Hope you have better luck with the next one. Owen
  15. This is my plan, I've already got the pieces, just need to get the dang thing on the road! All these pieces can be bought in the US at some store or another. http://v8zcar.com click on the car at the bottom. The fender flares may be hard to see but I like them cuz they're just bolted on. Don't really care much for the blended in look. Owen
  16. I think the tire would compress in when you used the bat or pipe, but in case you're wondering how it's done... http://www.venommotorsports.com/howto/fenderroll.htm Owen
  17. I got this unit a little while ago and did not need to clearance for my 73 240Z. The radiator actually is a little smaller than the advertised dimensions. Owen
  18. Heh heh, I love all those! I was thinking BRGITON (BRING IT ON) but it looks like it sames something else, like the name of a college or something.... But for the plate frame, I was thinking, "Made in Japan - 1973" THAT should pick some fights! Owen
  19. Anyone ever think of using the rear quarter panel emblem location as a fuel filler location? Owen
  20. Am in the process of installing a fuel cell, cut out the tire well, etc. I am interested in seeing what others have done to relocate the filler to the rear panel behind the license plate. I guess what I really want to know is, does the filler have to be separated from the driver? Or just the cell? (NHRA rules) If the filler cap is behind the plate, then I don't need a lid/trap door for the cell itself? I plan to use the 45-deg neck but may also weld up some tubing into an S and then have the end bolt on to the cell filler bolts. Thanks, Owen
  21. Look for an article in Chevy High Performance called "Get 6" in two parts. I may still have the article, email me and I can fax it to you or something. Owen
  22. Dang that is CLEAN!!! And talk about no ground clearance! Very impressive. Owen
  23. I've seen this a while back in some Chevy mag, thought the price was about $2000 though. Just think of all the timing possibilities with the DOHC! Owen
  24. Please do tell when and where they're posted! Owen
