I accidentally threw away my front brake retainer clips and need a set ASAP. They mount to the front caliper brackets and hold the brake pads in place. Please let me know if you have them and want to get rid of them. Thanks, Abes..

If your still looking I have a complete drive train that i just took out of my car. '83 280zx n/a 5 speed, driveshaft, r200 diff w/ axles.. I wasn't looking to ship it but if your still looking we can work something out. Let me know. abes.

Not trying to rain on your parade, but why would you want to go through the hassle of swapping it out with one from a z31? You would need to make a custom mount, driveshaft, and if it's not a t-5 ('84-'86) you won't be able to swap the bell housing to make it fit. Just my 2 cents..

I'm in need of a propeller shaft for an r200 off a turbo zx. I just installed my LSD and never noticed that the p.o. replaced the shaft with a non turbo one and now my drive shaft doesn't fit. Thanks, Abes you can email me as well: aflaytes@hotmail.com

You can run your i/c piping in the front of the intercooler if you don't want to have the hassle of the fan.. You then run the two pipes where the original air filter elbow went through.

Please don't take this the wrong way, i've been following you build for a while and admired the engine side of it but the car, meh... NOW, These pictures of the white car with those wheels......Definitely in my top two zx's of all time. It is very hard to find a zx with a bad ass stance. Not ricey Not ghetto, Just plain ole bad ass. I've owed about 7 zx's and have never put wheels on any of them because it's hard to find a nice set w/o spending thousands. You have just conquered it. GREAT JOB..

Thanks..., Anyone have an r200 prop shaft from a turbo zx theyre looking to sell??

I need some advise... Guess who installed their new LSD/ T-5 tranny and never checked to make sure the propeller shaft matched the DS??? I was trying to install my driveshaft and found out the hard way that the prop shaft didn't match the tail end of the driveshaft. I guess the p.o. changed it out for whatever reason now I'm stuck.. Which do you think would be the easiest/ cheapest way to solve this little set back having everything installed in the car? Mind you, I've had everything out of the car for about a year until last week. Go figure.. -change out the prop shaft on the diff.. or -take the two driveshafts (standard/ T-5) to the shop and have them cut and swap tail pieces? or any other solutions? Thanks..

Can someone help me out. I need to know if these four bolts hold anything in place or do anything. My car had a towing receiver attached to it from the previous owner. I can't for the life of me remember what goes if anything in hat location. Thanks..

Has anyone ever shipped a front clip from the west coast to the east coast?? It's actually a cut out of the firewall area with dash and some steering components. I've tried getting some online quotes from freight companies but the $$ are astronomical. Can anyone give me some ideas on how to go about this or if it's even worth it? Thanks..

I 'm changing out my fuel pump to install my new walbro and ran into these. I was looking at the check valve/ damper assembly and was wondering if i should remove, replace or good ole "if it aint broke don't fix it"... What have you guys done??? This is an '83 zx which I'm preparing for an rb swap Abes.

I'm looking for the engine side of an rb26dett harness. I'm using a haltech on the engine so I'd like to be able to connect it with the factory electrical connectors. I know this is an old thread but I was wondering if anyone had pictures of the poly/ rubber setup or a least give me details on the install (brain fart). I'm a bit confused on the set up.
