I read that same post. I unplugged the plug that has 2 wires on it. The alternator also has 2 wires on 2 posts. I'll disconect it all together and see what that does.

I got the car to itdle before the timming goes crazy. If I turn the key off the car stays running untill I pull the power from my switched 12+ power suply. The funny thing is I ran a test light to that power and it does turn off with the key. But the car stays running. When I disconect the swithched 12+ wire, the car shuts off? If it will stay running smooth, and shut off with the key, I think I'll have it. Because it runs great for about 10-15 sec. then the timming starts missing. I'm on my knees....HELP. thank you:D

What gives? I have a timming light hooked up and the light pattern is steady, then after about 10 sec the car is missing, and you can see it missing in the timming light pattern?? ms 1 v3.0 83 turbo dizzy optical sensor

thats what I have in it right now, I'm looking for timming setup type stuff. I had the trigger angle set at 80! I don't know why. I've now set it at 0 and the car is running smoother, lol. I'm not sure if I have all of these type of setting right. I read another post about spark inverted select "yes" mine was at "no" so I've switched that. Thats the stuff I'm having trouble with.

Thats funny, I asked for one of those, but got MS. Hu, go figure?

retired, aahhhh. that must be nice. I worked at the post office for 10 years, and am now self employed. That feel ALOT better than 60+ hours a week! now its about 25 hrs a week, with the same pay....O yeah

Plano is nice. I live just south of Dallas, 20 miles. I have 1.5 acers. And the school system here in Midlothian Texas is one of the best. Do you have kids? Look Plano schools on the web if so. I would look into the taxes also. What kind of work are you getting yourself into?

Thanks for the replys guys! A video will sure follow. I seem to be fouling plugs now? so I think I am WAY rich! I don't have a wideband yet I was going to tune with a friends, but the car wont run for more than a min. or so before it will foul the plugs. I used these basic settings in Moby 1st post here: http://forums.hybridz.org/showthread.php?t=112931 someone with 440 supra injectors PLEASE share what you have in those fields from the link. cranking prime table, and after start inrichment is what i"m not sure about? I've got something wrong to be fouling plugs so bad---gas soaked. I've got what looks to be good spark though. thanks again guys!

never mind, I figured it out.

this thing really does work! I just started the car for the first time! I had to copy alot of Moby's basic settings, and use a map of a close set up. But it runs! I am so happy. wo ho!!!!! MsnS baby!!! I have some fine tunning, i have to keep my foot on the gas a little, and then I'm going to tune with a wideband. But it freekin runs. BIG SIGH>>>>>>>>

I searched and could not find anything I'm trying to boot my ecu with the s19 file, I'm folling the directions on diyautotune I get to the part where I'm should see the "boot>" prompt, but I don't? Am I doing something wrong? I have the ecu in the car and powerd up, when I turn the key on the fuel pump comes on???

I helped a guy put a Honda xr50 back together the other day. It had not been running for weeks, it smoked like crazy. I thought the rings were gone, but after riding it for awhile it stoped smoking completly! oh, by the way, I'd race the truck......O yes

$402, I could of got $275 for the wheels $250 for the tranny $500 for the motor if running not to mention, ecu, harness, fuel pump, dizzy, dizzy shaft...etc. etc.

I don't understand the question? You changed your stock fuel rail or something?
