im gonna find a steel freeze plug and tig a fitting to it. if it works i can make some, but im not at that point yet. anyone know the size of that plug off hand?

if they are not available, would there be any downside to me just tigging a bung in this location? anyone see any reason not to do that?

ok, but just to be clear, i can ditch that hard line that runs from the front of the car (charcoal, number 9 in this pic)

i am removing my fuel lines on my 240z (feed, return, and the other small one that goes from the drivers side to the rear under the fuel cap). do i need to keep this small one to the fuel cap?. i see you removed it but what if you have a full tank in the summer. i know my plane weeps like a mo on hot days.... but i dont know what this hose is for either...

1972 240z with R33 rb26 and R34 rwd box, mckinney kit. trying to get the speed sensor to clear the passenger trans mounting tab. i saw some pictures where someone notched it but for the life of me i cant find it again. i plan on using an electric speedo. so if there is another way lets hear it.

well pretty much all the lines on this thing are crushed to all hell. i was hopeing someone that has upgraged their turbos had the stock water and oil lines. i know this isnt the classified section but if you could let it hang out here for a few that would be great.

where can i find a clear cam cover? i am being told they are discontinued... also, how much room do you have between your ATI crank pulley and your fan? i need to know if i can fit a shroud or not. my radiator isnt hear yet.
also if your center valve cover emblem is available ill take one

By the way, using the term "26" in a post in the RB forum, means RB26. Not L20/ L26 .....
i didnt want to be the one to say it....

lots of pumps are sealant type, according to fast it is, i do perfer a gasket when applicable though, thanks for the part number. is that common on a US model?
edit: oh i followed you link, but thats to a stock motor.. im running a rb26dett

Does the 26 have a water pump gasket or you just use gorilla snot?

they can also add an led to the RPM if you want a check engine light or whatever
