  1. Pretty awesome having two z's in the driveway, but alas one has to go. I just got the silver one from Mark (Sims76 Can't say enough about this guy very nice and helpful. One of the best sellers I've ever dealt with.) '76 2+2 w/L28ET. The Green one has a '83 f54/p79 w/small cam. as much as I love the 2+2's room and the power it has, the profile/body lines on the coupes just look so nice. I'm going to be sad when I have to sell her, speaking of which is anyone interested?
  2. Do they make 17" konig rewinds? I currently have 15" konig rewinds but I need bigger wheels... I ideally want 17's since 16" wouldn't be that much of an upgrade. I do like the rota rb'rs but I've heard bad things about rotas and especially with the bad roads here in the northeast a pot hole or two are inevitable.

  5. One more thing, so since I'm running the walbro I won't be able to have the filter screen before the gas gets to the walbro. I want to run a in line fuel filter before the pump. Any recommendations on which ones to use?
  6. Thanks for the reply timz! I just wanted to make sure as the cars been sitting for over a week since I got her. I didn't want to get the fuel pump and find out its completely incompatible. I just want to drive it!
  7. Lol true, I'll keep it to the shirts, hats and hoodies then. As much as I love Z's I don't think I can convince my girlfriend to wear a Z thong or something...
  8. Hey all Sorry for the noob question, but I think my fuel pump went recently so I'm getting a replacement. At the same time I have future plans for a turbo swap or turboing my current motor so I was looking to upgrade to the walbro 255 GSL392 in line pump http://www.summitracing.com/parts/VPN-GSL392/. The question is will the walbro 255 work with the stock FPR and setup on my current car as I don't have plans to swap or turbo the motor immediately. Also as far as wiring goes will the walbro 255 wire right in? or will I need to run additional/other wiring? Would I also need any additional hardware etc? or is it a pretty straight forward swap. I see alot of people run the walbro on ls1/upgraded turbo motors or sr's rbs etc but I'm not sure if it would overflow the stock motor. A little background on my car its a 77 280z F54 block, p79 head. Recently refreshed with new rings, bearings, gaskets and a valve job. 5 speed zx trans with 280zx turbo clutch and flywheel. Header, mild cam and TWM big throat throttle body. Any input would be really appreciated! Thanks Pat
  9. Yeah shirts, hoodies, hats bring it on!!! I want it all!!! hah
  10. Hey Flatblack I tried PM'ing you but it said you can't receive any new messages... I saw that you had a HybridZ hat in one of your posts. Do you know if the person/shop you got it from is still making it? I'm a new HybridZ owner and want to rock some HybridZ gear. Awesome car btw I can only hope mine will be like that in the future. Thanks Pat
  11. So I've been poking around the forums for a bit now and I've seen some HybridZ apparel around, Hats shirts etc. I searched for HybridZ apparel but only found threads that are years old... Anyone know of anyone who still prints/makes the shirts/hats and such for HybridZ? I especially like the black HybridZ hats that were made. Anyway I can get my hands on one of those? I'd love to have some stuff to commemorate my first Z and it being a HybridZ to boot too! Thanks Pat
  12. Interested in these too, I may like these more than the RB-rs since they're one solid color and not two tone. Don't get me wrong I like a polished lip, but I like the look of the original wantanabes best. 17x9.5 will NOT fit on a stock unrolled/flared fender correct?
  13. Hi I was wondering if anyone knew any good Datsun or specifically 240/260/280z Datsun performance shops in Massachusetts? I'm thinking of picking up a project and running with it. I can do some stuff mostly wrenching, but body work, repainting etc is out of my capability. I'm also especially worried if I get stuck w/electrical stuff. Mechanical stuff I'm ok, but electrical I've always been weary about. Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks Pat
