Hi Everyone, Does anyone make a carbon fiber gnose and airdam or any pics. of a full carbon gnose? I did a search, but nothing much came up. I have a gnose and airdam that just needs clean up. If there's nothing out there, I will attempt to make my own. thanks, Hoover

Scrap scrap Scrap. ...... Must keep saying to myself that the car is old.... Even stored made things worse....
-
crap happens---- sent someone to pick up the gear box and it's not the right one. Lucky I didn't spend my day to pick it up...... sooooooo............now what???! Hmmmmmm...........

it may have been cheaper to just keep the Z running for all these years. rebuilt trans. new clutch, bumper, engine install, 4.11 (and i need different inboard adaptors or an r180 so I can retrofit the side gears), new fluids, modify trans. shifter opening, seat belts, all new fuel lines/pump, header and exhaust (since I lost the header), upgrade firmware for tech3r (glad I found that), new wheels/tires and probably some small amount of paint work too........ well as the saying goes- priceless!!!!

just need to add in the O2 bung and this exhaust is done..... I don't have a stock R180 to make the K R180 work...... left a message for John Coffey.....

i agree.... i have to find a solution for the snap in type axle.........don't think I could solve this in a day.... hmmmmmmmmm what to do....what to do......
-
it's NEVER easy!!!!!! my limited slip is the wrong size for the r180 I picked up. And, my axles don't work. This 4.11 diff. requires the clip in type axle and I have the bolt-in type. I'm going to have to run peg leg for a while....well, I have to figure out which direction to go.....

cv axle upgrade time??? or???

i know it doesn't look like much- a tip with a slash cut.... we just made it, then polished it to look period correct. But, it just took more time than I wanted and still have to finish weld the last 1/4 of the exhaust...... you'd think we'd be faster at exhaust systems by now...since we build stuff everyday......

What a royal PITA!!!!!!! you'd think it'd be easy and maybe without the resonator and if I didn't have to retrofit a muffler and fabricate our own exhaust tip, we might have saved some time........ SO------ it's 2 1/2" all the way to the muffler which is 3" with a custom 3" exhaust tip. It does fill up the exhaust outlet much better, however...... Now I feel like I'm behind...... didn't get the diff. in!!!!!

Due to time constraints, I can't wait for the correct muffler. This would have been done....!!!! Made a tip, polished it and will get this done one way or another....

that is very nice. I'm near certain that it is the set I lost in my warehouse...LOL!!! I may look one more time. I'd love to see the trans. mount you made. thanks!
