240zdan
Rolled my car onto the dyno last week. Setup is as follows: Stock r32 longblock, unknown km stock cams/cam gears Precision 6235r billet BB turbo OBX manifold 44mm gate 3" exhaust 3" charge pipes Ebay intercooler splitfire coilpacks power fc d jetro with fcedit OS giken twin disc Snow progresive methanol injection 550cc injectiors, walbro 255lph redline 20w-50 oil cometic intake manifold/itb gaskets We did a base run and produced 370whp @18 psi Tuned the afrs and timing and got 430whp on straight 94 octance fuel with conservative timing turned the boost up and turned on the methanol. Boost spiked to 22psi and settled to 20, made 473whp revving to 7000rpm with torque falling off since boost was falling off as well. it kept making more power as we added more timing but we decided to leave it be Good power can be had with a stock rb26 longblock! going to redyno with a new boost controller and try to hit 500whp..just need tio rev that ***** out to 7800! methanol works wonders at higher boost. car feels amazing in 3rd and 4th gear Edited June 25, 2011 by 240zdan

240zdan
heres the timing for the pump gas tune (17 psi) max load cell 22000 Heres timing for the methanol tune (22 psi) max load cell 24000 next mod is a downsizing the turbo (5830r) and trying to get a nice flat torque curve from ~4000 to redline, yet still make the same peak power! stony
I see about 80% injector duty at 431whp Wow i was seeing upper 80s with 680cc injectors at 15 lbs of boost and only made 392RWHP. that was with a stock gtr intercooler nad stock gtr turbos. . i guess that ebay intercooler works ;> ..... Awesome numbers
synthtk
Nice numbers! You can make a bit more power by revving the engine out more, but it will probably start to fall off around 7500-7600 regardless. That is what my stock longblock RB26 seemed to do. Also turn up the boost more, at 28psi I was making 518hp/425tq with a pretty nice tq curve on CA 91 octane w/ 50/50 methanol/water mix. This was done with a FP GT3582 HTA T4 1.0 A/R

GTZ
How do you like the twin disc clutch? Edited May 12, 2012 by GTZ
ZT-R
If you dont have ears its nice. Bit loud with the clutch petal down. I'm sure people are like, damn he needs a throwout bearing. With the clutch petal out and the car in neutral at 800rpm it clunks some, but these are characteristics of any twin disk. All in all, I like it. petal feel is great. We will see how it holds up when they start shipping the new efr turbos.
