jgraham
Figured I'd start a thread on my build as well. I've thoroughly enjoyed reading others' projects. I'll update later tonight with more narration. When I first got her home. Started work on rear bumper delete. Fabbing rear deck spoiler. Smoothing out an MSA fiberglass front bumper. jgraham
Thanks Jack! I also found an 81 ZXT engine donor for my 79. I'm planning on doing a fair amount of engine work while it's still in the 81 chassis. Once everything is dialed in I'll make the swap. jgraham
Thanks for the compliments. I hope to get back on this project soon and finish arching out the rear wheel wells so all the flares can be installed. Flares are the universal Ebay special flares. I'll update again when progress is made.

Also ran the battery cables. Alittle more work on the nose with some body putty. And lastly a photo of the stands that have made this work bearable. jgraham
Well in 4 years since I last posted many things have changed. Two kids, new house, and all the other things that occur in our mid 30s I've finally made some progress on the car. For once in this five year project I can SEE the end and boy am I excited! 260DET
This project shows how great the 280ZX can look with some sympathetic attention, a S30 looks dated compared with this embellished S130.
