Mikelly
Having eaten DOG, I can personally attest to the fact that ANYTHING tastes good in brown sauce... Don't ask! Mike
Jay1970Z
I've had shark, alligator, iguana, frog, and more. I can honestly say all of them except the shark taste a lot like chicken . Alligator tail is really good, when cooked right it has a tangy spicy flavor. Going to get some for myself in September since I have an alligator hunting permit now... I'd say Alligator in a nice spicy piquant sauce is the BOMB! Also, Kangaroo steaks are different, but tasty. Buffalo is a bit dry IMO, but has a mild flavor and goes well with a good lager beer. The various kinds of sushi are OK, but always with BEER... Davy
Tim240z
I've had: Ostrich elephant Hippo Zebra Crocodile Various game birds Impala Springbok Kudu Waterbuck Warthog and probably a few other things that I can't remember. Problem is most of the stuff was cooked in sauces so that the flavour of the meat was masked somewhat. Tim

dsommer
A cat!?!?!?! During the Persian Gulf War 1990. There was this Somoan guy in my unit who LOVED to eat. Well he stopped at this little road side food stand and orderd a what ever the hell it was, grissly meat with rice super hot and spicy. He's sittin there telling me how GOOD this concoction was so I had to try it. Not too bad till I asked where he got it. He told me and I almost yaked, I said you mean the place with the 10,000 cats running around it? YEHA he said, I told him he was eating a friggin CAT. Well it didn't seem to bother him too much but he never went back. BBQ goat ain't bad though Gator=good too ds
Jwink25
Anybody here ever have rattle snake? I did. It tasted like chicken, maybe because it was fried. I didn't know what it was at the time. A realative of mine hunted them for a living. He would make belts and boots and other stuff out of them. He brought some snake meat to a reunion once. Came up to me and said, "hear try this..." Gator is good too. Jason

Guest TM240Z
That place is in South Carolina! We don't have them here in Saskatoon. I'm curious how a resteraunt in S.C. is named after a small city in the middle of the Canadian prairies.
Georgia Flash
Having eaten DOG, I can personally attest to the fact that ANYTHING tastes good in brown sauce... Mike what part of Korea were you in? I was just thinking that maybe that's where you had the dog meat. I was stationed in a place called Camp Pelham near the DMZ.

Z-TARD
If we're not supposed to eat them, why are they made of meat? My personal favorite is Kangaroo, kinda like beef, but without a trace of fat or gristle. Had some stuff on a stick in Korea once, not sure what it was but it tasted like chicken. Meeeeeeoooooooooow.......
RB26powered74zcar
While in the Navy, I was in the Phillippiens and had something that was sold on a stick, and I belive it was monkey meat... yummmm...
Guest iamjackal
I will eat anything, well not anything I guess, it just has to be moderately edible. Ive eatin shit at work that just happened to be walking by. For instance I have found out that some beetles let out some hideous stuff when they feel threatened. Everyone had a good laugh though. No matter I will say I was born in the wrong country. All time favorite food is Sushi, and its so damn pricey here. If I ever find me a hot foreign chick that can make me sushi I will be in heaven. But guys enjoy your beaver,it seems beaver tends to run off before you have had your fill.
