ULISES
I painted the Z a little over two years ago and,I left the engine bay for later. Here are some pictures I took when it was brown and when it was out of the shop.I deleted lots of the screw holes,I was going to delete the throttle body cable outlet,But it was too late.Guess i'll just use a plug. Some of you know i don't need the tb cable. For those of you who don't know,I'm going with the LS2 swap it's a drive by wire now. MusPuppis
Looks good man - real good. I hope my bay looks that clean when its painted. I'm going satin black, so it wont be as shiny and bright though. Oh, and my radiator mount looks like its taken a hit at some point =/
CruxGNZ
The color is a mercedes red. I believe the color should be renamed to "hurt my eyes red". I dig it.
Gollum
I believe the color should be renamed to "hurt my eyes red". I dig it. Or maybe "I want a ticket red." It does look clean and sexy though.

CruxGNZ
Red (like yours), bright yellow, and white (like mine) are hard to look at when in the sun, or on the monitor in my case. I have to squint to see the vehicle. They look damn cool, but for people with sensitive eyes... Good choice.
innerware
That is damn sexy. I love the rear end too. Did you do all the work shaving everything? Did you just weld up everything in the back? Looks sooooooo good just like I am trying to do. Key word..."trying"
ULISES
I did not do any of the work, A bodyshop did everything on it.They welded were needed and used filler to smoth it out.I Had them shaved all the sides and hatch emblems + all 4 side blinkers and both side modings. On the engine bay, I had them shave most of the screw holes and most brackets. MusPuppis
Great looking. I REALLY like the look of Z's with the rear bumper delete. I looked into doing it on mine but I really dont think I'm good enough at body work yet to pull it off.
