Phantom
All that work for a Neon? Points for concept and skills.
auxilary
you mean kind of like all that work for a Z? pot:kettle, bud
Boobala
Are you comparing a Z to a Neon? Man, that's like comparing a Ferrari to a toaster oven, an ugly toaster oven. Anyway, neat Hybrid, except for the Neon half.
auxilary
No, I'm not comparing a Z to a Neon. I'm comparing that swapping in a drivetrain from another vehicle into a neon is no different than doing the same to a Z. Why do it? Because that person CAN. Why would you shove an LS1/T56 into a Z and spend 6-8 grand on race brakes, suspension, areodynamics and tires...when you can go out and buy a bone stock C5 corvette that will beat it around the track in stock trim for about the same price you'd sink into the Z (overall, including paint/resto). Wanna guess which one mine was?

wingnutthehutt
Has anyone done that to a Z yet? I thought it'd be a cool swap to do.
cygnusx1
How bout an SR20 Z06? Uggghhh. Well, that Neon is an awesome creation. I still don't like the looks but it's still awesome.

DavyZ
Extremely creative fabrication on their part. If only that were done to the SRT version... Davy

80LS1T
Yeah but the SRT-4 Neon didnt look half bad....the Caliber on the other hand looks like a mini Durango.......aka UGLY! Guy
wingnutthehutt
The Caliber looks like a Durango that got stuck in the crusher and pulled out once it was the same dimensions as the Matrix. How many cars is Chrysler going to put on that chassis anyway?
