Booztd 3
Guys Finally after 2 months I got the full-race twin-scroll twin-divided manifold. I'll let the pictures speak for themselves on this one.... Then I took the turbo and the wastegates and fitted them up. Everything looks good to go! I will hopefully have it fitted up on the motor sometime this week to see how the fitment is in the car

thehelix112
Whats the exact specs on that turbo? And when do you expect it to reach full boost? Oh, and nice manifold. Dave
mario_82_ZXT
Nice TV! Seriously though... looks awesome! Was Full-Race the ones that did the manifold for the PINKS Z? Mario
DemonZ
That's some of the cleanest welds I've ever seen. Nice workmanship.

Dave GT4202 74mm Wheel 1.28 AR Exhaust Housing - Twin Scroll No clue on any of the variables (boost, etc) no one's done this setup before really....... Booztd 3
That's some of the cleanest welds I've ever seen. Nice workmanship. The reason you guys are seeing these clean of welds is because they actually use a robotic tig welder. They are the only manifold fabricator in the industry wth one. I believe it was a 100,000$ machine....
Booztd 3
Nice TV! Seriously though... looks awesome! Was Full-Race the ones that did the manifold for the PINKS Z? Mario LOL Thanks! Toshiba 50" Plasma, I like it so far, but I hadnt bought a new TV in over 6 years until I got this one. I guess it was time! Regarding the pinks Z, I have no clue on that one. I know full-race was actually on pinks with a pink civic however
S15 200sx owner
Thats a nice looking header and turbo combo, that puffer makes my GT35R look like a garden snail !!
RB26powered74zcar
Beefie, Beefie, Beefie..... not, Whimpie, Whimpie, Whimpie..... lol Thats one hellofa nice manifold!! I'd be a tad bit concerned with a 1.28 AR exhaust housing though.... might be a bit late coming on boost I think....
thehelix112
I love that compressor. Has usable efficiency up to 3.5bar, and can still flow almost 100lb/min. Going to be running NOS? Dave
vashonz
Looks nice. Why did they put 2 wasetgates on it? Multiple boost settings? or just to flow more?
mrcheeze36
How much was the damage?
vashonz
Oh, I just realized. Its a twin scroll manifold, so each side needs to have a wastegate to bypass the turbine. So they used 2 instead of plumbing both into a common wastegate in order to keep it completely separate.
Booztd 3
How much was the damage? Retail was 2400
