proxlamus© Posted November 16, 2007 Author Share Posted November 16, 2007 Ive decided I am just going to buy a .5" thick plate.. drill 1.625" and use a radius'd bit I will use with a vertical mill. I have a choice between a 1/4" radius or a 5/8" radius which is HUGE. mikeatrpi Posted November 25, 2007 Share Posted November 25, 2007 I saw someone (on the web?) make velocity stacks using a piece of hardwood as a die and a shop press to expand the shape out of mild steel tube. Careless Posted November 30, 2007 Share Posted November 30, 2007 HEY! Question about the tumblers (and all their pretty colours).... IS IT POSSIBLE..... to have someone bellow the end of the tumbler? Like, give it a niceeeeeee radius by heating and stretching the aluminum around a type of roller-vice type tool? hmmmmmmmmmm.. obviously the ano will scratch off, but i'd re-anodize them anyways.
