Ole-M
Any plans to paint it? A s30 is way to beautiful to be matt black with no clearcoat, in my eyes. Love the wheels

Careless
my only grievance is the mirror and the paint.
Mikey
ha your telling me, if i put it up right the wind knocks it back down at 30mph. So im thinking about the bullet mirrors, those look pretty cool.. Once i get more aquainted at my new job im going to take this beast down to the steel and get her painted.. Mikey
ya i think so too, thanks.. The best part, only very minimal surface rust. No cancer that i could find, Even in the door jambs and such...
BillZ260
Looks much better, sits good, like the front end better now too. Flat black looks pretty tough if done right, but not with a limpy mirror HAR!
Mikey
yeah i know how to do flat black right.. i didnt do this job... I did my old rolla in flat black. Looked hella good, but thats more for beaters to me. This is a classic, needs a good paint job
MazterDizazter
Just needs a front bumper and grille, and some paint. Have you seen the Sport Compact Car '08 WRX? They did BASF flat black on it and it looked great. Of course you have to take it to a spray booth to have it come out like they did. speedgato
I am rather partial to the flat black scheme myself........................
Guest darkmorbius15
i seen that primer look all the time... what did you do with the hood?
240Z2NV
Since you're in CA, post a listing on http://www.craigslist.org for paint. I know that you work at a bodyshop now; but, someone contacted me VERY recently offering me two gallons of PPG DBC Black for a SICK price. I already deleted his contact info since I have no interest in Black; but, for the price he was asking, it would have definitely saved you $300+ in materials...even compared to shop prices.
