m4xwellmurd3r
ah yes, I remember that. must have been a cheap (and very dangerous) way to repair a destroyed front end? (I also noticed he still has the bumper shocks for the rear end haha)
jeffer949
Why is it that dangerous. No its not a speed anything but it would be fine for crusing. I lived in daytona beach for 6 years and there is a bunch of bugs that are converted like this. Why is it any different?
m4xwellmurd3r
because of the weight placement. on a VW based trike, all the weight is in the back, on top of the rear wheels. if you turn, you need to shift a lot more weigh to the front before it tips over. in that Z trike's case, the weight is ALL up near the front, if you turn it just right, it'll go over real fast. There's a reason why a lot of drag strips don't allow trikes, and why ATV trikes aren't made anymore. Maybe if you're going like 25mph all the time it's fine, but a trike built like that isn't very safe imo.
cygnusx1
At least he could have removed the rear bumper shock!

240swapped
as far as i'm conderned, that car's road to ruin all started with the addition of that god-forsaken sunroof.
