cygnusx1
I keep finding baby snakes in the house. They are black with a little pale yellow ring around their collar. They are about 1/8" thick and about 5" long. I usually get one or two in a season but this year I am up to five. I just hope I don't get up in the middle of the night and step on one with my bare feet. That would freak me out a little in the middle of the night. Fortunately, nobody here is afraid of snakes. I just take them out to the woods and release them. These are the fellas: Mom must live in the crawl space.

AkumaNoZeta
I'm confused. Do you really have these snakes and only use that photo from the site because it's what you wanted to show? Or is that your picture on that website? Or was this post a joke? Or am I just a little below the 'average' line on the mentality chart? jasper
Be thankful they're not copper heads, or rattlers. I beleive both are indigenous to this area. http://www.snakesandfrogs.com/scra/snakes/copperh.htm
19762802+2
When i lived in Missouri we had those every where when i was younger me and some friends called them stink snakes because they tend to give off a smell if you pester them. Thats just there though don't know if you have had that problem but those were common.

cygnusx1
Busted... http://www.uga.edu/srelherp/snakes/diapun.htm I used that pic because I don't have any of my own pics of them handy. I do have pics of them somewhere in my archives but searching google is easier than searching my storage method. BTW, my hands are much better looking than that one! Me and George can be hand models. The whole story is true. Here is a picture of me: Here I am before the surgery:

PETEW
If that pic of the snake is what you are getting in your house, then those are just ribbon snakes. They never get that big. I think 20" or so but never thinker than a pinkie. They only eat bugs and small frogs, etc. They are harmless.
