Ok, I have a set of the DAD seats, I know they will fit in an s30 because I know several guys on this board use them. I sent Forrest a PM about how he installed his but after looking at the seats and at the car me and 240hoke still could not figure anythign out. I am 5'9" or 5'10" so i need these to slide back and forth so i can reach the pedals. If any DAD seat owners have some install pics or pics of the seats in their car, or any advice at all on how to install these it would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
stick with the mandrel, i beleive a 3 inch press bent has a radius of 1.8 inches, i know that each press bent system is different than the other, but stick with the mandrel!
$93??? HAHAHAHA jk man, its not worth your time, I have been ripped off for 10 times that and small claims court doesent always work. I would take it as a lesson learned and go on, even if you were ripped off for say a grand, you dont have any paperwork or proof he ripped you off do you? Basically learn to trust no one.
Well I see your location is Annapolis/Atlanta, which happens to put NC right in the middle, there are several descent Z car mechanics here in NC that can rebuild your motor alot cheaper than a MSA one.
Yea, I saw the same post about the convertible where the owner had the glass cut with a waterjet, took him two times but got it right. But amazing look man, good job.
Actually Aux I have, A contractor i worked for had a N/A 3rd gen that he autocrossed, it was fast and full race car, 2 seats and a cage, very spartan, I was just tryin to give you a hard time since you are the Wankel Man
Ahhh good ole NC and her residents!!! The sad thing is where that guy lives, Raleigh, is not really redneck at all, you should see the stuff I see out here in the sticks, General Lee replicas on 44s, Camaros on 44s, you name it, they lift it here!
My family has had no luck with dodge and chrysler products in general. My mothers van had the tranny go out at 100k, 200k, and 300k. Its like clockwork, the chyrler tranny in their minvans blows at 100k. I can easily name 5 people i know with the same van with the same problem. We used to have a Dodge 2500 with the Cummins turbo, ah what another basket case, stuff breakin all the time, maybe we just have bad luck with Chrysler?

And one other note' date=' the 280ZX was not a first generation Z car. Am I missing something?
QUOTE]
He said first gen ZX, not first gen Z, so i suppose a 280zx is a first gen ZX, although im not sure if his 82 would be, isnt the body on the on the later ZXs diff from say the 79?
they are based in moorseville nc, but no one can seem to find an office or anything like that, but i have never heard anyone say anything better than what Jamie said "good deal for the money i suppose"
