why do u need a 3" inch dp on the stock turbo? Isnt the outlet like 2"? Anyways i dont think it is that hard to make one if you have a welder, 240hoke made mine out of 2 45* mandrel bends and he made a flange also from some metal he had. Its not a 3 inch, its a 2.5, but I am only runnin the stock turbo until june so it will do its job, so hey! in june mine will be for sale

ah well, i will be runnin atleast 10 psi, i have a front mount IC and 60 tb, I am searchin around to find how much boost I can run on stock injectors, oh and the 1g DSM BOV -

Well SS is pretty pricey, and if you coat mild steel if will last a pretty good while.

I sent my wheels and tires with no box, I cut out 4 circles from cardboard to make a pad for the face, and tape it on each rim, worked great.

Just to make sure we are on the same page, they are not going to be stainless steel like Scotties, probally just mild steel but with two 45 degree bends and the bung

Is it worth rebuilding them? I was told you can get those calipers for $30 a peice Autozone? -

I dont think 2.5 will fit if you use the stock fan. -
If a 3 inch exhaust system gave 20 hp on a stock turbo motor, I wonder how much an open DP would give? any more? And I mean a custom mandrel 2.5", as that is what 240Hoke just made me
