  4. What a mess!!! should get the first start today or tomorrow to make sure everything works, then tidy it all up.
  5. Thanks! Still on point for end of this month. I'm going to try to get to the shop and take some pictures. I would have loved to do all of it myself, but sometimes you have to know your limitations. I'm a decent wrench, but not enough experience with wiring and sensors. Driving on the other hand

  12. update. Finally got some shoes for the Rota's.
  13. hahah. well, i'm glad I didnt take the shortcut road.
  14. After seeing your project through, what did you think of car when driving it? Was it more or less what you expected? I honestly havent driven my Z since 2006-2007. In that time, i've had the opportunity to drive some of the worlds greatest sports cars on and off track. i guess part of me is just worried that after experiencing that, plus the time and money invested, my Z will not be fun to drive as my perception was back in 2006 and i'll be left wanting. hard to imagine with 400+hp and 2300 lbs i know, but hopefully you all get the idea. As i'm getting closer to seeing this project through, it just kinda dawned on me.. "i hope after all this work, I like it" haha.
  15. just read this thread lol. Final, final version lol. I like seeing the progress. It helps me see mine through.
  16. 1 ½†x .120 DOM. I'll get some pics uploaded once i get the rest of the inside painted and Dash/seats re installed.
  17. removed the heater core and I'm suprised of the shape that its in. Got the cage painted and aluminum dash should be here today.
  18. and I still haven't removed the heater core yet haha.
  19. Fuel cell installed. Now its time for dash and Aim Strada. Then it's electrical and finish fuel system. Car weighed in at 2290 lbs with no fluids or hood (or driver)
