Does the car run hot ? Have you done anything related to cooling system ? Check your coolant level . If coolant is low or air trapped in the system , it could cause engine to run hot and rushing water noise in heater core . Blower motor problem could be cause by drain from other components or add-ons . Check to see if anything else uses power from blower motor circuit .
I got rid of all my fusible links . I got a fuse box from Ebay ( 2000 Malibu ) . I now have extra fuse and relay holders for my futures add-ons . This is a S130 LS1 conversion .
I use PLX gauge , which connects to OBD II connector . It gives me a lot of data . I also added LED tach. with shift light ( 2 1/16 ) . As for the speedo , tried to use Digital Dakota speedo convertor . It doesn"t generate fast enough pulse for my digital gauge , reads about 50% off .
Connectors are different . You need to get both IPC and connectors . This can be done by following the wring dia. and rewire it . Digital has a charge ind. and analog has a diff. ind. , can't remember what .
thanks for the inputs . engine compression checked out good . has broken exh. manifold . thinking of installing header and keep it stock for now . i just love my LS 1 conversion on 83 turbo . will convert it later , LS 2 or 3 , since these cars are a lot easier .

you said it's running rough , misfired rough ? ignition misfired will have raw gas smell . your vac is too low at idle will cause fuel press. to be higher .
there are seals/o-rings on CVT cam sprockets . check on the backside of the sprocket . might want to put some dye in the motor and run it until starts to leak , use UV ( black light ) light to detect leak , if you can get one . good luck
i rec. using chevy motor mounts for the set up . nissan mounts are not strong enough . i ll , eventually , do it this way . so , the answer to your question is no . check out 80lt1 project to get more infor. , think he uses chevy mounts .
looking good . i might have to think about turbo charging instead of supercharging on my zx . will plug wires , oem , work with those manifolds , they look tight ?
check to make sure your egr system is working correctly . your cat. should get to at least 500 deg. ( 750 + deg. ) at 2500 rpm . outlet should be hotter than inlet side on the cat.
