Congratulations! I was just looking at your photos, and I was wondering, how do you keep your hood down? I don't see any kind of latch or hood pins. Am I not looking close enough?

OK, so it's not just me. While we're on the subject of post count, how many posts do you need to be able to post attachements? Or is this not related to post count? Just wondering... Thanks.

Well, it appears to me to be a base model. New, they were something like $28,XXX. This one is two years old (although low miles) which will lower the value. The guy is also a private seller, so that also makes it cheaper because usually dealers are trying to make a profit, so they're usually higher at a dealer. I've seen '03 base models in the sub $18,XXX range, so I'd say $22,500 is about right. Just my 2 cents.

What's amazing is how inaccurate the news is. They say that someone (my brother) called 911 at 6:45 and reported someone was shot in the parking lot. He never said anything about someone being shot. He said that someone was laying in the parking lot and they weren't breathing. Also, he and the maintenence guy looked at the body, and it didn't look like a shooting at all. It looked more like someone had slit the guy's throat. The guy had a red hankerchief around his face and they pulled it down to see if it was someone who worked at the plant. That red hankerchief turned out to be a white hankerchief soaked in blood. What's even more amazing is how poor of a job the police are doing at investigating. They didn't question my brother or the maintenence guy (the people who found the body) but they questioned people who got to work after the body was gone. Wierd, huh? I guess I must be sick in the head or something, because the first thing I asked my brother after he told me that he touched a dead guy was, "did you get a picture?" lol. Anyway, that's some pretty wierd stuff.

I was under the impression that posts made in the general section do not count towards your post count. I was at 30 something posts, and now I'm at 140 something. Any of you guys seen those Matts Juggernauts? My brother used to have a '97 Jimmy. He had one 12" in the back in a box that was specifically designed for a different sub, so it wasn't the best combo, but anyway, we pumped 4,000 watts into the sub (I think Matts rates it at 2,000 or something, which is ultra conservative. We've had as much as 8K at one point without any damage). So, at half volume, the windows would flex and it was seriously almost impossible to breath in the vehicle. We had to roll the windows down and even then it was difficult to breath. That thing was nuts. My brother's new project, however, is 4 15" Juggernauts in his '02 Avalanche. I'm waiting to see how it turns out.

Great! It reminds me of when I raced my friend. 1990 Ford F150 5.0L EFI (me) vs. 1998 Dodge Dakota 2.2L (him)! Needless to say, we didn't even get to the speed limit before I had beaten him. lol. Slow races are the best!
