Been there done that. I spent 5 lovely years in Okinawa ('93-'98) USAF. Mizugama, Aja and can't forget Henza (where the big boys play). I loved every minute. I hope they are not hiding something? They tried pulling that sheot on the first box but luckily I caught it. I would tap around with a ball peen just to make sure. You know they will bang on it anyways when you run it through shakin. Very nice price but more important Terry:

'72 2-door Hakosuka L20, I don't know you but I hate you. I never should have sold my 4-door Hakosuka when I was in Okinawa.

If they are the same design as the stock 240Z bumpers I don't see why not. I would email Eiji to make sure.

No it will work with his brackets. The indents in the rear quarters will make the bumper hug the body better.

SDS user here. I purchased 240Hoke's unit EM4-6F for my 240Z turbo. I also purchased a new EM 6D for my 810 ITB project. Both not installed yet. I have to purchase another crank pulley and re-do the magnets. The one I bought that came with Austin's old setup came with a Euro pulley already setup with the magnets and hall sensor bracket for the front cover. The pulley was cracked from the inside all the way through. http://www.putfile.com/240ztt/images/143056 We worked it out and I am getting a new pulley and getting the magnets from Ross. I am going to use the old one as a gauge to setup the magnets. If this isn't right someone let me know?

Mike, The GF and I will be seeing them on Nov 1st in D.C. The reviews are great from Greensboro and Charlotte show. So excited anyways sorry back on topic.

Then why does the heading of the thread say: "Using an early 240Z rear bumper on a '77 280Z" Funny, this is Eiji's (owner of Datsun Spirit) blue '78 280Z that he went as far and added the indents from a 240Z's rear quarters welded them in to make it look more authentic. If you know Eiji like I do the brackets are the quick way and this is going ALL out.
