  1. Iv done it on my truck, just looking for a pic of an s130
  2. I meant like spray tint, anyone have picks. Not sure if it would look good or not on an old car
  3. Has anyone ever done this on an s130, just wondered waht it would look like
  4. I don't know weather or not a turbo flywheel and clutch will fit with an n/a 5 speed, never dealt with a turbo 5 speed. i just used a stock 2+2 flywheel and clutch. its a little bigger than the coupe clutch, Seems to hold fine in my turbo car
  5. thank you, i looked there but didnt find them for some reason
  6. keep em coming, need datsun inspiration throught the long winter ahead..
  7. yea, may hold out for an "A" but looks like an "F" would be a big improvement over my "B" cam, to bad my parts car wasnt 2 months older.. woulda had an "A"
  8. im interested to see your results of the n/a cam, as i have an 82zxt and an 82 n/a parts car decaying in my dads back yard.. i like cheap/free horsepower. also curious because mine falls on its face at 4500 at 10 psi but not 8 psi, thought i have a regular p90 so thats not an issue
  9. ill have to troubleshoot it in the spring, sounds like a good excuse to install a wideband afr. narrow it to spark or fuel atleast
  10. thanks guys, the fuel filter is almost new, but i have a spare so ill try that who knows whats in that gas tank. And its for sure not just one cylinder it loses all power. going to check fuel pressure when i get a chance. plugs dont look lean but who knows. this all started after sitting for the winter
  11. must be enough fuel to burn in the exhaust i guess, it wasnt just flames it was like a violent rev limiter with no fuel cut,was a big bang out the exhaust. revs right up to 6500 at less than 9 psi, the more boost the lower the "violent rev limiter" could be a spark problem that shows its face at high boost/rpm i suppose. spark plugs not meant for boosted applications maybe?? eom spark plugs- bpr6es 11 in car - bpr6ey 11
  12. Problem Found!! weak spring in the fpr couldnt support 9psi boost 8 psi takes it to 6500, fpr is bumped to top of wishlist.
  13. ill add it to the list haha, iv got to finish welding body panels in, paint it, rims tires, fix fuel/spark issues... parts car handeled good so ill check it out
  14. i would love to get some adjustable ones ,but ill iv got a long build list to purchase already. you know how it is lol
  15. oh really, well maybe not then, might check out the sitch of the ones on my parts car. thanks guys
  16. my car is under construction so ill add poly bushings and ball joints to my list
  17. tires are pretty old and wheel bearings never thought of that. the tires do have some feathering going on but it might just be because the p.o. had the tires overinflated and now at normal psi its wearing the edges
  18. 82 turbo 170xxx kms, ball joints tie rods seem to be ok. yet it will kind off pull one way then the other way then go straight etc. wondering if anyone else has had something similar. also, how long do other turbo auto cars take to build oil pressure? mine was an auto so it has the oil cooler etc
  19. if you havent already take the seat out, you dont have to but it will help while your standing on your head to get some of the bolts
  20. did you pull out the whole clutch/brake assembly from your donor car? the whole piece that bolts to the firewall. i did this exact swap to mine last year
  21. cleaned rotor and cap different coil made zero difference
