some answers: 1. use a 75-76 gas tank for the turbo motor. They are almost a direct bolt into the 240z chassis, since 77 is when the Z cars changed the spare to a space saver and used a different fuel tank. 2. Pete Paraska wrote up a great tidbit about autometer gauges and wiring: http://alteredz.com/gagecalibration.htm 3. I have an NPR small intercooler for sale (cheap). Core measures 20x8.5x2" thick, 2.5" in/out. Caveat is that the end pipes were cut off for a trial fit, but the IC itself is not damaged. I will see if I have pics at home, PM me if interested
