  1. your "zone" file means they screwed up the DNS, so your site hostname isn't resolving. For DNS to propagate throughout the world (literally) takes 48-72 hours, as each zone normally refreshes the data at 5:15am or 5:15pm. If you're interested, a buddy of mine runs a good hosting service - http://www.angryhosting.com Pretty reliable, for 10 bucks a month you can get 1.5 gigs storage and 50 gigs of xfer per month, which is pretty good for the price: http://www.angryhosting.com/index.php?services&view=16 Downside is that tech support is limited to email and there's no phone support - it's designed more for the do-it-yourselfers, which is why the costs are low. One man operation type thing. I've been hosting with him (datsunracing.com) for the 2nd year now, and my service has been reliable and trouble free. Tell him aux referred you if you're interested in switching, and let me know if you need help - I can lend a helping hand if necessary -alex
  2. Oh, his stand up is great - he's the exact opposite of what he's like on Full House. Dave Coulier (Joey from FH, america's funniest people) is just like his full house character, but with profanity. Read: lame
  3. nope, sorry. if i find more info, i'll send it your way. the work is very well done, but the edgy lines of the roadster mixed with smooth lines of hte miata don't flow well, and it looks longer than it should be, you know?
  4. well, I'll chime in. Finished everything in about 2 hours. When wingnut brought the car in, the clutch pedal had almost no pressure, I thought the problem was elsewhere. Flushed tranny fluid (stupid filler plug was bolted solid, couldn't move it, so I filled it through the reverse signal switch). yanked out master and slave cyliders, replaced them (used MC and slave from my 240z), replaced line, new gear oil in the differential. Put cleaned out the clutch lines, adjusted the MC rod, put it all back in, bled the line, wingnut took it around the block a couple of times, it runs like a champ! I had a wrong diagnosis of hte problem based on the description, but it's all good now.
  5. it's not the functionality, but the appeal of individual handwork that's used to show the wastegate tube.
  6. I always wanted to make a gun that shoots killer poodles.
  7. Just to check, would that be a throwout bearing or a pilot bearing? It's the bearing that sits on the clutch fork itself and presses against the clutch. Those are different sizes, afaik, between 4 and 5 speed transmissions. I'll be helping thewingnut with this on saturday, I'm pretty sure I know what the issue is, but just wanted to check to make sure he gets the right parts
  8. http://frontpagemag.com/Articles/ReadArticle.asp?ID=15855 because in a few years we're going to have some really violent outbreaks, and I want to be able to defend myself should the time come
  9. page 14/15. posts as houseowner. he sent alternate set of pictures to Sean
  10. nope, he bought it on craigslist... i think it was dirt cheap, like under 2500 bucks!
  11. They also misspelled his name, haha
  12. Saturday I was stuck home sick, So I decided to go to Fry's to get a dvd just to get out of the house. I walk up to the dvd bargain bin, and there is a couple picking through movies. One of them picks up Fahrenheit 451 and says "wow, I didn't know they made a prequel to Fahrenheit 911!" ............
  13. Mean, loud, obnoxious, awesome! 6 speed, r1 powered. Will flip backwards if given too much gas in first 2 gears. Shifting is backwards - 1st is up, neutral, 5 gears down Took some getting used to, but damn it's quick!
