  1. I like the 240sx dash swap. I was just looking to do something different. 240sx dash swap:
  2. Well I'm looking for a oem dash to fit into my car. I want to modernize the interior more. I have s2k seats in my car and figured the s2000 dash would be a cool addition. Aluminum would be cool and easy as I design sheetmetal parts all day long. I just want a factory like interior. Regards. Justin

    s2k dash?

I have a line on a s2000 dash. I'm thinking I'm going to pick it up and fit it into my 280z. Anyone have any comments? I figured I would do a AIM MXL dash when I install it. I haven't measured it yet. My main concern is it not being wide enough. Also I'm kinda worried the passenger side is going to look wierd where it meets up with the door?? Regards, Justin
  4. My R230 Pumpkin weighs ~ 115lbs with oil. I'll throw it on my digital scale at home when I get a chance and take a picture. Regards, Justin
  5. Also another question. Does anyone make reproduction fiberglass headlight buckets? Justin
  6. I agree with Scottie. I good boost control is critical to making radials work. Once they loose traction they don't recover like a slick. Justin
  7. Look at the build date on the door plate. That will tell you more. Justin
  8. I've requested a run of 10 flanges and plenum bases. I may do more if there is enough interest. For those just seeing this for the first time. This flange requires the cylinder head to be port matched to the flange. This is done to increase the port cross section and raise the centerline up for a smoother SSR. Regards, Justin
  9. Wait, So I guess I missed this from before. You ran 8.9's on ET Streets?? That is really impressive. Are you going to stick to DOT tires? Maybe a 275/50-15 radial. (I've read that the MT radial stick as well as the ET Streets) I've been eyeing the Hoosier 27X11.5X15 QTP DOT. https://www.hoosiertire.com/specdrag.htm#DOT%20Drag%20Radial Regards, Justin
  10. Heres that Lexus SC300 thread I started: http://forums.hybridz.org/showthread.php?t=127707 Regards, Justin
  11. Well, more good news! The Prototype is done and looks good! I gave the go ahead to run qty10 ASAP. Regards, Justin
  12. What size wheels and slicks are you going to be running with the 5 lug setup? Are you still planning any aero mods? You should be trapping in the mid 160's I would think with these new round of changes. Just curious what you are going to be doing. Regards, Justin
  13. I can't wait to see what it runs! Bad Ass Setup!!!! Whats the solid axle rearend doing??? Justin
  14. That is my take on it. I'm not sure how Half-Assed the OEM piece is. It'd imagine it takes care of the harmonics it needs to take care of on a stock engine. Justin
  15. No problem. I'm just hoping this isn't holding up everyone too much. Regards, Justin
  16. I'd say a rx8, C5 vette or something along those lines. I'm just not sure how you would find a good balance. Just slapping in a double wishbone front suspension isn't going to make it handle well instantly. There will be a good amount of setup necessary to make it all work well together. 2004 RX8:
  17. How about a time dependent search based on amount of donation. Those that pay don't have to wait to search again. Justin
  18. Another thread about the crank pulleys: http://forums.freshalloy.com/showthread.php?t=67863 Justin
  19. I'm pretty sure the crank pulley is the harmonic damper on the vq35... http://sgpracing-store.stores.yahoo.net/urun3pusetw3.html Justin
  20. I just got the word that the flanges are on the machine having the injector ports cut. Looks like we have some progress at least. Sorry for this taking so long. I am very sorry for the wait. Justin
  21. Its just a solid piece of aluminum correct? I wouldn't use one if that is what it is. They may work on some engines, but they aren't much of harmonic balancers. Justin
  22. How is the fit and finish of the fiberglass 240z bumpers? I've had no luck finding decent metal 240z bumpers, so I'm tempted to buy fiberglass units. Is the fit and finish good? Are they straight? Any work needed to make them look right prior to install? Regards, Justin
