Saw the video a few days ago. Just thought I posted it for some members to check out the awsome video. They are also coming out with the anime sometime in spring this year.
Anyone recognize these seats. Saw them sitting behind the bodyshop where my car is. It's from Konig, but doesn't specify what model and I couldn't find any model #. How do they look?
I just read this and it seemed like a really great idea until I got to the end of the thread . It was a good shot while it lasted. I pictured the DYI kit and assemble it on your own. Cost wise its pretty close to Dave's kit so I might be giving him a call. Hey you did a good attempt on trying to help everyone out.
Yea I know. If its pretty much rusted, I am looking at some big bucks. Waterpump, thermostats, gaskets, I know for a fact I gotta take the block apart to see how much damage has the rust done.
Definitely thought of that one
Ok so I got off too late and didn't get to see it. I told him i see it tommorrow. From what I hear, supposely the motor had a blown head gasket and has been sitting for 2 1/2 years. Rust has got into the block and everywhere else. He is saying it needs a rebuild. I told my uncles employee to come check it out with me on monday. Any reason why I should not take it. Ill check it out tomorrow and post some pictures to get opinions. Its a good deal, but I dont wanna pay for junk >
Hey guys I tried searching for this before I posted it I swear . Some guy is selling me an Rb25det complete with Trans ecu, wire harness and a greddy intake manifold. Hes giving me a really good deal, but the thing is I want to make sure its an RB25det not an RB20. I want to know visually what will I need to look at to make sure that I am not getting jip? Besides the block #.
bought the car from cousin. He told me it was cake and it was something I can finish in three months. Needed "some" body work and some tuning. Project went strong for two months straight. Got the car to run and it was awsome. Took a auto body class in highschool to learn how to do bodywork. They taught only the basics. By the time I realized it, It really wasn't three months of work. Everything was a disaster!!! EVerything need to be rewelded. You name it and it had to be welded. Its been a year and 3 months. Pretty much completed all the welding except the seat brackets. Pretty much just putting the car together now and getting ready to straighten everything out for bodywork. I am down 4 grand more or less :/. Never the less its worth it.
