hey guys haven't been on here in a while jus wanted to post my new bike's results.My first run was 148.2 rwhp the second was 147.8 rwhp those two where back to back runs and right after i drove it 15 miles to the dyno.The last run was 149.1rwhp after we let it cool down and i aimed the crappy fan twords the ram air tube.For those of you who don't know i have a 2004 kawasaki zx10r ninja.

wow is all i can say kinda getting teary eye'd this just sucks one of the z guys i look up to is getting ready of his z, i understand where you are coming from too scottie.Just hope james and tim don't decide to go something softer then i'll be lost. what do you want for it bernardd?The wheel i have now is clipped i just swapped exhaust housings so if it was a stage 3 it wouldn't fit right?

i was just posting two things in one post to save time and space.It never did this before it just started that's why i think it's the struts in back.

hey guys got more questions does anyone know the stock turbine wheels specs?There is a stage 3 wheel on ebay that i am very interested in,Just curious if it would be a good wheel to get?Mine is shot and i need a new one i believe mine is stock and love the way it spools any way i can tell?

hey guys went to poto's house and got my toyota calipers on(they work very nice) i also got my cold air tube on and that made a huge difference.My question is to the suspension guys when my car gets above 100mph the rear feels lite could that be bad struts?Or is it something else?Never use to do it before.

i am getting forged ones but i'm waiting til the winter before i put em in.I'm just gonna look for stocker s for now to swap em i did it before and doesn't take long.

Yep i do have something to tell i found out that i have another broken piston Oh well i didn't even hear any detonation.Oh well i think maybe one of the two that had broken skirts might have let go.Oh well i am getting the pistons from timz and maybe some other parts as well.I was gonna take it to the track again but i think i'll ait til i get the new pistons in and everything.So might not be for a while but i am still planning on going to the dyno with timz even if it blows on it i wanna go once unlessi can find some used stock pistons to put in her again.

i know i have been gone for a while but i didin't have my babygoing all winter and nothing to post.But now it's running hehehehehehehehe plus i missed all of you guys (and zcar sucks now)But i only used zcar to talk to certain people so it's no big thing.Anyone seen andy bailey? Haven't heard from him in a while just curious what he's been up to.

thanks for the info i got it to stop stalling by adjusting the 1000 rpm fuel map as well as the 500 and 1500 to even it out since it was lunging.I think i got it all set now just ahve to finish the tuning

hey ben i'm new at the haltech so i dont know if i have the decel cutoff enabled.It's an e6k and it's in advanced running three rx7 coils for ignition.tps is a gm unit and map sensor is a 3bar.

anyone got any tips?I got it pretty close but i am having problems trying to get it not to stall when i hit the brakes or turn on the heater motor.I have it running coil packs now and it is running ok but as soon as i step on the brake after it has been idling it will stall or stumble.Anyone got any ideas?

well i have all stock motor,rods, pistons,cam,head and my car makes some good power with the stock electronics and pump gas(94 octane).I do have a t3/t4e hybrid turbo .70 a/r on the compressor and a 60-1 wheel in it.According to the hp calculator i have about 320 to the wheels and about 400 at the crank this is estimated but i used a good hp cal that used weight ,speed and et not just one.I run street tires too no slicks my best et so fat with a bad launch was 12.38@114mph.I want to see how much the stock bottom end will handle before going up on me.I think you can do it and won't cost to much.

the l28et is a very strong engine will handle alot of punishment even in stock form.I am making around 320rwhp est from the hp calculator so i'm sure it's more that that.I am running a t3/t4e hybrid turbo(very streetable) and a custom dp.Also running a 65mm tb,420cc injs and the STOCK EFI.I am getting a haltech this year but all my times i ran at the track i ran on street tires and pump gas with the stock efi and ign system.I hae broken three pistons but it was from my stupidity not from the engine problems.I let it detonate to much breaking the ring lands on the first and second piston a few times.My best quarter time to date is a 12.38@114mph pn a full tank of gas and some 205-55-16 crappy street tires.I do run a heavier clutch and aluminum flywheel and love them both.Even tho the non cros flow head does restrict the performance you still can get really good hp numbers with the l28.Just ask timz he is making well over 400rwhp and even more rwtq i tell you one insane machine.

i have the stock engine internals, intake,cam,efi system,Dunno my hp cuz i haven't dyno'd it but i run 12.38@114mph in a 280z I have 420cc injs and a 2.5"ss dp also.I run a hybrid turbo but i did manage high 12's with the stock turbo dp and with 370cc injs.These engines are very strong i can definately vouch for that even with me detonating alot and breaking three pistons i haven't messed up the cyl walls.Even after putting miles on it after it broke.

ok got it almost done found that a servo from a rc car works nice very torquey and is quick opening at 12v.I have pics at my zdriver site here http://zdriver.com/gallery/showgallery.php?cat=500&ppuser=2171&thumb=1 just have to paint it now and make the braket for the servo.I have to modify my car to make this one work but i plan to make the others so that you don't have tp mod the car.

why waste the cash on something you don't need?I have it about half way done,I have to find a motor with a bit more power and less rpm but no biggie.Got the door to open but it's to fast and with the weight of a guage(any one) in there it won't open right.I'll prolly use a gear reduction to get it where i want it.
