  1. Yes, but I will have to send the PCM to the programmer...it isn't expensive for the reprogram ($35), but I wanted to see if I could get away without having to reprogram until the conversion is done. i don't want to wonder if the engine isn't starting because of bad wiring on my part, or bad programming.....
  2. I have a 94 Z28 as a daily driver. It is great...very comfortable, good power, decent handling (I have Bilsteins on all corners), and dial tone reliable. The only downside is fuel mileage (in traffic). I get an average of 17mpg (I log every fillup and always use 91 octane). When doing all open freeway runs (T56), I get 25 mpg. LS1 F-body would likely be a bit better in mileage and power, but will require higher buy in. Tim
  3. I went back and fixed the broken links. Enjoy.

  7. OK...everyone who ordered stuff should have it by now (except the list below which will go out tomorrow morning). Sorry for the delay guys, but my order was shorted by a few shirts by the screeners, and I just got the last few items this evening. If you ordered items, but didn't get them, then let me know so we can double check the address. I shipped everything priority mail and have the receipt, but I did not ship with insurance. Here is the list of folks whose stuff will ship tomorrow: J. Soileau 74260zt qwik240Z Savage42 DOT Dcarrow zeeboost Boomer-Z akeizm Again, sorry for the delay guys!! Tim
  8. Environmental Studies, BA. If you really want to make $$$, concentrate on regulatory compliance. I have found that the biology, and Geology that I studied is almost moot.....compliance with the laws is what most companies need.... Tim
  9. Hell no!!! I don't need any more scrap in my driveway......I am still trying to convince the wife to let me buy this from my Boss ($1500):
  10. How detailed do you want? I work for the largest public utility in the Western United States (for the Gas Transmission unit, which is the large - up to 34inch diameter, high pressure - 1000psi +, natural gas pipelines). The group I work for is responsible for internal inspection (usually using magnetic flux resonance tools) of the pipelines, usually looking for internal corosion. The inspection tools are called "smart pigs", which comes from the squeeling sound that the leather 'pigs' made in the old days as they travelled through the pipeline. This is a 'new' Federal requirement which stems from the Carlsbad, NM pipeline explosion back in 1999(?) I am responsible for all environmental issues, permitting, monitoring etc Endangered Species Act compliance Clean Water Act compliance Haz Waste disposal etc etc etc. My territory is from Goleta (Santa Barbara) in the North, to Blythe/Needles in the East, to the Pacific Ocean in the West, to the Mexican Border in the South, so i see lots of wierd stuff off the beaten track.... Tim
