  1. I have bought alot of carbon fiber body panels over the years from various manufacturers and it is very common to see light through them, does not indicate crap quality or that rain will go through, just the way the FRP and the CF sheet is laid over. Yasin
  2. I managed to do this wheelie straight out of my garage....top that!! Typically I fly around on the broom in the background. Yasin
  3. Tim - Is it $15K or $20K? Some of those cars are MIGHTY rare to find parts for - The Jensen Healey, TVR 2500....Saab Sonnet and X19 what are they doing on there?? Yikes! Yasin
  4. I cannot imagine how that thing must haul azzzzz. Wow!! I will ALWAYS have a special place in my heart for Panteras. Absolutely wonderful cars Yasin
  5. Ad removed by Craiglist....?
  6. The freaking AE86 Corolla GT-S gang would be all over them, I am thinking a min. of $500 with tires (if not more). If you need help selling them, I can push it for you to the AE86 crowd, as I know lots of folks there. Yasin
  7. Very cool car! Ole skool thats where its at. Yasin
  8. Not that had me cracking up! Awesome! Yasin
  9. Well gang I purchased my coil over kit for ZX from him. Paid him right away and was anxious to get the kit. Received the kit, and started piecing it together, then realized that there was going to be a fair amount of fabrication especially for the rears, which is fine but needed some advice from the vendor aka SCCA Mike. I called him several times and he was EXTREMELY rude and short with me, as if he was doing me a huge favor, I felt very awkard too as I know he was well known on this board and I was relatively new and I kept apologizing to him by saying "Mike...sorry to bother you again...." then he had the balls to say that he has never fitted his kit to a ZX before and that it is not a popular car to fit coilovers to. Then when my first attempt on the rears split the aluminum top hat in two, I called him back for advice as to what I might have done wrong only to receive major Attitude. He certainly did not mention that when he was runing with my cash. Basically he was no help, and I felt very discouraged but soldiered on none the less determined to make it work. My ZX was down for two months before I got it right, but it was alot of trial and error. Ironically many ZX owners who have stumbled upon my wesbite have begged me to start making ZX Coilover kits, as they like the fit, finish and the way the car sits. Sorry for the rant, but if a vendor is going to sell a product, first be honest and second provide some level of support. Thats all I ask. Yasin
  10. Sahwweet!! Well at least she reaches for her seat belt as soon as she gets into the car -thumbs up there! And she can shift the car very smooth with the high heels too...double thumbs up there... I am impressed. She is beautiful...yum! I have been lucky to have been with some very attractive ladies and was even married to one, but at the end of the day, when things do not work out, you VERY quickly forget that initial beauty. Let's see had my ZXT long before my ex came and at last check (this morning) the car was still by myside...LOL! Even if it takes me two freaking weeks to get the damn oil pan off. So the Ferrari gets the nod for me. Yasin
  11. Cartridge is removed by holding entire strut assembly in a vice (hopefully you have one) and using a pipe wrench or very larege Crescent wrench on the gland nut. Don't forget to put some oil back into the tube when installing your new struts. Ball joints are easy and you might as well do your inner and outer tie rods while at it....and bushings....LOL Make that ZX handle! Yasin
  12. I am sorry but SCCA Mike deserves to be out of business. I wouldn't buy an ice cube from him if I was in hell roasting. Yasin
  13. Very cool...I'm watching it....would make a great car to return it to street form. Yasin
  14. Yes that is sad...I really liked Juan and supported him as much as possible. Yasin
  15. Thanks for the compliments guys! Cody - Sadly my rack is starting to develop a very small leak, has not dripped onto the garage floor yet, and I am cringing whether to change the rack now or wait and see what happens. Mat - I know....I am sucker for punishment, PLUS I hate leaks...biggest pet peave of mine, so I had to suck it up and do it all again. Thanks for feeling bad for me though....LOL Yasin
  16. Got the oil pan off my ZXT finally.... looked like this: then sand blased it and primed it with 3M rubberized primer: Then finished with metallic silver - 3 coats: For the final touch..... Yasin
  17. Hahaha....wow....very cool...zooming in on my house shows my ZXT! As I am involved in Ortho-photographic mapping, this is identical to the products we use. Neat that this is free though, we pay a fortune for ours. Yasin
  18. Not too mention he has INCREDIBLE choice in women: Yasin

  21. Wow..that is very cool. Keep us posted with your progress. So what is the fate of the ZX? Going to dop the SU L24 from your 240Z into it? J/K Yasin
