  1. OK thats what I thought....I wanted to make sure. Thanks Austin. Lunar - for little boost I would stick with an internally gate Turbo.
  2. Guys - what do you think..."Yes" or "No" What are most of you guys running for external WG sizes? Yasin
  3. My S130 ZXT does not get driven much, it used to be a daily driver...the last few years I have only put about 800miles for the entire year. In 6years it has covered 7000miles Yasin
  4. Pinks is supposed to be based on street racing...where there are no rules per se...so if you want to drive with only a thong on, technically that would be allowed. Yasin
  5. Wow..Tim...very cool and congrats on being featured on Defi's home site - thats a feather in your cap! This is neat too from their site off a FD RX7: Yasin
  6. Those 16" HRE mesh would be sweet ole skoolers! My my my how HRE has progressed!! Yasin
  7. There are non avail...and I would ignore "dapiper's" comment, that unit is definitely much better than the stock cast OEM unit. Yasin
  8. Brandon - nothing comes up...I check eBay often and I have never seen a CF hood for our cars? Yasin
  9. Nah...thats just way too easy...I always make every job twice as complicted as they need to be! I am shocked not more Z folks have not replied to this post...oh well....especially after the years of "hear-say" Yasin
  10. Good point Pete! Thanks! Scottie what do you mean you overheated? Yasin
  11. Well Gang, There has been hear say about this gauge pod and that gauge pod and which one actually fits our cars. I decided to buy the following pods from Summit Racing and see what actually works, as a search on here and http://www.zcar.com listed that all of the ones listed below will work: 1) Z32 300ZX 2) Fox Body Mustang 86-92 3) Mitsu Evo 4) Mazda Miata Of the 4 above the Miata (first Gen) is the closest. The others are just way to wide - The 'Stang and Z32 are close in width the EVO is wider than Kansas. The pod has to be about 64mm wide to fit our A-Pillar. The Miata one actually starts out at 64mm and then gradually flares out to 71mm at the base where it would meet the dash, so those 7mm or so will require some Dremel surgery and heat to re-shape. I thought I would share and dis-spell the rumors. I have some body shop experience under my belt, so I'll see how handy that comes in when I have to fit that Miata Pod..pics to come. Hope that is helpful to all. Regards - Yasin
  12. Hugh - Most people compare the FJ and SR as both are 2.0L 16V twin cam turbno engines and many people have forgotten how great the FJ truly was and alot of focus has been on the SR - which incidently is a great great motor. If you have ever seen the bottom end of an FJ its stout! Big rods, big bearings, big rod bolts...its big big big! Designed for power! Yasin
  13. Well guys my machinist was kind enough to let me borrow his perfectly machined straight edge and I brought it home and checked things out - all is good! Thanks for the replies. Yasin
  14. This is my fav - $200: Yasin
  15. Unfortunately the 280ZX looks pretty bad with the front bumper removed...MSA has some fairly attractive spoiler options if you are looking.
  16. Fantastic Austin....simply breathtaking....I am seriously kicking off the naked girl on my Windows Wallpaper and replacing it with your car. WOW Yasin
  17. I see lots of mathematics and no dyno plots? Not dogging you bro...but if you want to stand behind your products...proof is the only way...not "this x that + the other." I still like your header! Yasin
  18. Wow that is simply awesome...I was blown away. Congrats that is one tuff FJ! I had a bad ass FJ in my old Datsun truck and that sucka would haul!!! I love the power potential of the FJ and give me one over an SR20 anyday. Yasin
  19. I hated the welded diff I had on my previous car...one wheel was always fighting the other and taking a tight turn it was always "chung-chung-chung" Good for road racing and drag racing...bad for tight movie and Walmart parking lot spaces. Jeff - good luck, if you pull 400whp that will be a good baseline for me as I assemble my project and know what numbers I will get. What are you running for a bottom end and what is a ported IM? We have some similar parts on our builds. Yasin
  20. Thought about you.....Bored to 3.8L - the engine produces 950 hp with race fuel and 700 hp at pump fuel with low boost, 1.2 bar. All while it idled and ran like a stock car at low revs. This car has done a mid 9 sec pass at the quarter mile.... Whadya think? Yasin
