Yeah I like the purple! Turns out I do have the metal oil line but I dont think it goes the entire way to the turbo and its bent up alittle, will still have to throw something together... Also it seems like the the oil line goes into the knock sensor. Am I just crazy, or is that where it goes.

So how do you get the suckers out? Do they install from the top or the bottom?

Not sure if this is the best way to do it but using a conventional spring compressor I fully compressed it, and then while pressing down on the spring I gently tapped on the valve upwards with a ball peen hammer that was almost the same curvature as the bottom side of the valve. Youll hear a little pop and their out.

I found emyrohens car in the photo album and like the way the fender exits look. Anyone else have similar pictures of fender exhaust exits? The metal shield that is on the fender would be simple to make but Im not sure of the issues youd have getting to the fender. Thanks

Yeah anytime I start a stick I do the little shaky shaky thing to the shifter from left to right just to make sure its not in gear. But usually the sticks I drive have a sensor that doesnt allow them to start without the clutch depressed.

Well Ive got both the 240sx 60mm tb and the normal turbo tb. Im kind of torn on which one to use. My n42 manifold is already ported out for it but Id still have to purchase a spacer. I like the fact that the 60mm is alot cleaner and simpler but I dont want to deal with the issues Ive found dealing with the pcv system, idle, vacume advance, etc. Besides if it really doesnt do much performance wise might as well just sell it and spend the money elsewhere. Maybe some people that are using it could give a little info on their motor, what they did to get it running and how well it runs/any issues. Thanks

Ok some of you will say "how didnt you notice this" but honestly nobody in my family saw it. My dad was lucky I didnt find it first because it would have been 1. set on fire or 2. blown to smitherines by my potato gun or explosives. Its about a 1ft ball. We are going to put some poison on it and hopefully we can save the nest. Ill try to get pics tonight of what it looks like up close without tons of black hornets.

So all youd have to change is the nuts on the outside. I dont have any so Id have to get new ones anyways. Any idea on the turbo studs? Thanks

Are you going to have a hood? Ive got a set of 180 aluminum elbows that would be perfect for this, has a flage on each end to bolt to the runners. I got it off of a BMW.

Yeah washing it off helps too. It stops the reaction and also removed the paint. I used a pressure washer and it worked fine.

Get a gallon of the stripper not the cans, your going to be there forever with those and loose money quick. As for the wire wheel if you keep it moving there isnt a problem. Yes if you hold it in one spot for a while it will start removing material but youd have to try to do it. Also what kind of wheels are those? Are they the prime wheels, if so would you sell them....

Hey, Ive found a few pictures of the line from the intake side but I couldnt tell where it went on the other side. (my motor was missing it) Also is there a possibility of using some other type of tubing (not the stock part) to run oil to the turbo? Thanks
