Couldn't you take one of the OEM gasket to a machine shop and have they make you one out of stainless steal?

It look like someone have some spare hoses and a spare small intercooler. So, I'm thinking the route the turbo to go beneath the car and up over the valve cover into that tiny intercooler which go into the intake manifold.

Little update on this. The "Fairlady Z" emblem, I got a vague quote for it. Quantity of 100 pieces at roughly $30 a pieces in Aluminum. The price is a little high assuming they would do all the work, drawing, autocad, etc what ever do they to get it to the machine. So in order for me to get the price to go down a little, I need to provide all the information to them. SO, they asked for a DXF file of this think. I don't know jack squat about autocad but I just got the program for it so I'll be messing with it and see if I can replicate it. Stay tune.

I'm in the same boat, I had put my zx on "non-op" because I still don't know what to do with it yet. But I am partying it out slowly. If by the end of next year that I find a job out of state and still have my zx, I'll properly take it with me because its rust free and I have so much history with it. Yet, I still hated our state for many other reasons beside our smog law!
