Most good fastener shops or automotive supply shops sell packages of assorted grommets...if not there are also several sellers on Ebay that offer the same sort of thing. Just measure it up and go find a good match.
I run the Tomei dump pipes (link below for image only. I dont know anything about the seller)

They are a very well made and flow great when making higher power levels.. I wish I had a photo showing the inside diameter/bends to show the difference from stock.
I run stock manifolds which have been ported heavily. There is a lot of meat on the stockers and it takes some to port them but they have stood up very well and I saw no need for aftermarket manifolds at the power level I am making.
My downpipes are custom made 3 inch stainless from the dumps. I am sure the tomei downpipes are fantastic but they are quite expensive like most of their high quality products.
Wiring is almost done. Ill get some pictures up shortly. In the meantime I managed to track down my dyno sheets for this setup. The dyno used is a Dynapack chassis dyno.

The tuning was done by Robin Almasi of Almasi tuning/Synoptic tuning in Montreal Quebec in August 2010. Two weeks later I crashed that car... The drivetrain was saved and is now in this new chassis.

I did not use an oil restrictor...there is some debate as to the necessity. From what I understand there is a built in restrictor. Someone please chime in if I am incorrect. I used the stock water/oil lines. I use 750cc bosch style injectors with resistor pack. I also run aggressive cams and have extensive headwork. Cometic steel headgasket.
You will be able to achieve your goal with steel wheel stockers with minimal mods. Have you considered a pair of Garrett 2860r-5. Good for the power you are looking to make and then some. I run them and they are not laggy.
Thanks for your update! The vast majority of us appreciate the time, effort and cost that are required to design, source and fabricate custom parts from scratch!
These were made circa 2001! I dont think Rick is doing any more pieces other than for his new personal build. He is on here from time to time as skyline240z.
Its pretty much as plug and play as you can get. The nice thing is you can customize the harness to your specs, depending on injector type, MAF vs MAP etc...
