  1. 3-4 hours includes hard lifting and cardio and a relax in the spa and hot tub lol only around 1.4-2 hours at the gym lifting
  2. what i mean by that is do you access to a scanner that can get into your ecu this will tell you what your fuel is doing short term should very no more then .5-.5 and long term could be drastically diffrent. this will tell you how the engine is running
  3. ok check the fuel volume. you can do this by hooking up a fuel pressure gauge and have the car running. the fuel volume is diffrent then the pressure hit the dump on the fuel pressure tester the fuel pump should instantly have re pressurized and the engine should run without a flaw. if it stumbles you could have a bad fuel pump. another way to test the fuel pump is to put an amp probe on it and watch it if its all over the place he pump is bad. another thing i dont know if this car has it but the crankshaft sensor and camshaft sensor need to be sycronious(sorry i cant spell) see if there is a way to reset it through the computer. if either sensor is bad it will cause the injector to fire at the wrong time like when the exhaust port is opening witch is bad. finally ohm out your wires the correct way to see if a wire is good is 1 find both ends of the wire and dissconnect it 2 come off the positive side of the batt and hook a 10ohm resistor to a volt meter what this will show you is if the wire is good under load (it might ohm out all day long but with the load might fubar) 3 out your tester in parrell with the wire and ground the other end (i know your saying direct short right dont forget you have a 10 ohm resistor in there). 4 the volt reading should be very close to the batt voltage i.e. 12.5 batt 12.0-12.5 on the wire if you drop more then 1/2 volt your wire has to much resistance and should be replaced. have you checked all the vaccume lines and intake gasket? a good way to do this is take a mapp gas torch and have the car running trigger the gas release but do not light the torch follow all the vaccume lines and go around the intake if there is a leak you will hear the engine rev up this is a great way to find the leaks. finally do you have a means for checking your gas useage ie short term long term it would help further the diagnosis
  4. Most of my projects arnt completed due to financial reasons but if I had the money I would have them done. Im an electrician so Im always coming accross cool things for free. I think I will do the notepad thing Ive got a list but no dates of completions. As far as how many iteams Ive completed in the last three months the anwser is none most of my projects are out doors and with all the snow we have had I have had no choice but to wait it out. Thanks alot guys I really appreciate it and I find that I am very bull headed and dont like to be told I cant do it. I am very much more relaxed but when I got my best friend and my old lady making fun of me and saying how Ill never get my list done(due to lack of motivation) and what not yea i tend to get upset.   5. ok I am going to rant a little bit i hope you all understand venting and whatnot needs to have oppinions to it. Lately i have been trying to do multiple projects at once. Bay window my car and some projects around the house. all while trying to raise money for the march of dimes spending 3-4 hours a day at the gym(trying to vent the frustration) and working 7-8 hours a day. all trying to better my life and the lifes of my family and friends. Now the old lady and some of my friends are saying i have to many projects can this happen? also how can i keep from snapping with all these people doubting that i can do this crap? has anyone here been in this situation? if so how did you handle it? and what can i do to prove to them that when i set my mind to it it happens? thanks for your time

  7. i get some stuff like that from my supply house its called duct seal it remains flexable and is ridged too
  8. just get multiple people and pull it off at the same speed youll be fine thats how i want to do mine to is it worth the hassle do pics do the solid front justice?

  11. http://forums.hybridz.org/showthread.php?p=750000#post750000 im thinking running a strip of aluminum around the back to support the bottem then putting ribs down the back side for support. it will be supported on the top and sides via glassing it on then taking brackets to the bottem back
  12. actually it is really easy to get it off i havent had a single issue doing it this way and it holds itself great. as far as the process what im doing it i make a mold of styrofoam(i cant spell so yea sorry if thats wrong) glues to the body.shave it to the shape you want with saws knifes sander etc etc. then cover the whole thing in duct tape. the reason you have to cover it is that the fiberglass will melt it and turn into a big blob of brown nastyness if you dont. next fiberglass a layer or two depending on how big the area is. let it dry or force it dry with a heat gun. then peel it off the remaining section gives you a mold you put your supports on then glass it on
  13. i got my fenders from show cars alot of people here have spoken very bad of show cars but if you are very specific and list every thing including a date you expect them then they will get you the parts by then or you can dispute the paypal
  14. when making body pannels out of fiberglass what is typically used for support? is it just glass thats bent over or what is it? also any advise on what to use as far as sheets? how many layers are typically used?
  15. glass is almost done need to put in reinforcement brackets and glass it on to the body pulled it off the mold tonight still going to do 3 layers or should i do more?(plus renforcement peices)

  17. body work has started here are some pics more to come let me know what you think 3 peice wing yes its the z not the zx wing cowl front bumper mods to mas type 2 shaven rear with molded out part at the bottem to match msa type 2 body kit front bumper again side cowl i need to finish it still custom dash lots of pics shows how far it will come

  19. ok here are the pictures as promised not 100% yet but close first one shows top side view second is rear looking forward (my buddy decided it would be funny to show how much he loves the zx) third is the recessed plate holder to match the front and last is the tire viewing back( no comments on the crappy tire its only on there to roll the thing around)

  23. Im doing a walk for the march of dimes you dont donate by the mile or anything like that its a one time donation that is 100% tax deductible. I belive highly in this due to alot of my family having premature births. I am sure everyone has been affected in one way or another with this. Im not asking for a million dollars and I dont see a dime for this its all done to try and prevent the misery that I have seen if you can spair even 5 bucks thats five dollars to help out. If you have any stories about this please tell them so others can see the heartache that this brings.
