current L-24 NA, check out the motor mounts. Yes those urethane bushings are what they look like -
I dont know how many times I have broken the screws for the timing guides, so I retapped them and used 8mm 12.9 grade SHCSrews. No more problems -

L-24 block and big valves = eybrowing the tops of the bores -
welded up and re-shaped N-42 head 36cc with stainless undercut valves @10.7:1 on top of flat top L-24 pistons +.015 out with .050 head gasket. Pump gas and no knock. total advance down to 29 degrees, super fast burn -
