  1. Yeh the shorter wings of that type dont look to bad. It's just that guy who owns the car in the first pic... it looks like he took a hammer and nails and tacted up a really high ugly pos in hopes of adding alot of downforce. Maybe it does add alot of downforce... but at what cost? Haha. I couldnt believe it when i first saw the picture... somebody would ruin a z that much. In my opinion... wouldnt a whaletail handle better than that aluminum "touring wing" type spoiler? On drag racing cars they usually have an aluminum spoiler that sits straight off the back.
  2. Go to google type in... "unhackme" and download it. The Zlob trojan got on this computer i am using, but i fixed it with that program. Macfee for some reason didnt "clean it all up". It being a rootkit it hides itself deep in your harddrive and disguises itself as system processes.
  3. Even better... the video response to it. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V61TjHweBbs&watch_response
  4. Its probably a "root kit" or Trojan Virus. Have you been to any questionable sites recently or downloaded anything questionable?
  5. Not really I have some scrap aluminum around back.
  6. Im on a budget so I have to look for the cheapest method to make my car aerodynamically sound.
  7. Alright, Sounds good. Thanks for the help. It is appreciated. Ill probably either go with a 18x9.5 or a 18x10.5... havent decided yet.
  8. Im using a california z wide body kit, It shouldnt hang over much should it? I think it adds about say 4-6" width to each side. But would the wheel wells need to be cut higher for 18" rims with a lowering coil over setup say..2" lower than stock height? I think it would be close, but would it even work without cutting? Or would you have to cut? How about 18x9.5 +22 offset with 2" adapters and maybe some additional wheel spacers? My interest in bigger rims is to use a "big" disk and "big" brembo calipers that would clear the rims.
  9. When I searched all I came up with was people with 18" rims at stock height. Through searching I didnt find any information on a lowering coil over setup with 18" rims without cutting. From other setups people have used 9.5-10.5 inch wide should work on a stock setup without cutting.
  10. I dont think people on here like answering questions. But the setup you described should work... it will be close...
  11. I heard from somewhere that it doesnt flow as well when it comes out of the side... Maybe what i heard was wrong.
  12. *bump* Nobody has used a v-mount intercooler on a s30?
  13. Could i get 18x9.5 +12 offset rims on a 2" lower s30 and have no rubbing? The rims are 5 lug so i would have to get a 2" thick wheel adapter 4-to-5 lug. Would i have to get any additional wheel spacers? Maybe this http://www.thezstore.com/page/TZS/PROD/PSDC11/23-4186 ? Would i have to cut the wheel well?
  14. How about the V-Mount rx7 intercoolers... i was going to buy one but they seem rather small? Arent v mounts the best fitting for an s30 to have max size
  15. Im interested... How much? What size flange?
  16. Yes. He is. Hahaha. Someone told me they sold a giken head on yahoo japan auction one time...
  17. I wonder if vinh could get ahold of a os giken twin cam head?
  18. So to get some of the highest numbers on a L6, you would probably have to do a supercharge/big turbo combo... maybe not a GT55 but a GT42 or GT47?
  19. Hmmm.... How do people put huge turbos on civics(4 cylinder...) that make... say 600-900whp?
  20. Maybe or a 3.2 or 3.1 Liter... I wonder if it could be pulled off... Haha wasnt really joking... just thinking loudly..
  21. Just throwing it out there... I wonder if you could use a GT5533R turbo on a bored, stroked and fully modified L6 engine...
