  1. Lol theres a reason why Dad tells his customers to fit their tops before it gets cold, otherwise you will never drive your car until its warm again. Sounds like you live in a nice place, I'm jealous.
  2. Man I LOVE that old antiquey Victorian look! Why do you have the fireplace blocked off or whatever? I'm coming up to Boston/Rhode Island in January! My grandma lives in the historical section of Bristol, Rhode Island. Only heater is the heat from the stove. Did I mention I LOVE that ♥♥♥♥? haha I'm the type of dude that likes Frontier House on PBS where they live in Montana for like 5 months and have to their own log cabins and all that stuff. I'm like a jungle man.
  3. What am I looking at. Some seats and a... stove?
  4. Is this problem prevelant on clutches meant for only 3-400ftlb of torque too? I sit on the clutch at stop lights very often. :/ Scared me now.
  5. Pictures of crank? :/ I'm worried
  6. Hey man, I won't lie, I've seen the video but then again almost every shock website went around our highschool so I've seen them all. Big-Phil on the other hand isn't in highschool nor does he have highschool kids, therefore, LETS ALL BLAME BIG-PHIL! :icon14::icon14::icon14: It just now crossed my mind but perhaps the owner of the Z32 had the prancing stallions wrapped onto his car in memory of Kenneth. Its much more appropriate compared to what he could have put on there... Oh and by the way, the horse was probably making the face thats in my sig...
  7. Alright lets just say this... They couldn't prove harm to the animal, yet the animal never stopped. That beast just kept going. Lets face it, he absolutely loved it. I think there should be a law suit against the horse for killing Kenneth!
  8. Yes. The wiki article talks about how the horse perforated his colon or something and he died. Thats why its like illegal to do any of that farm stuff in Washington now. They claimed like animal cruelty but we all know the horse loved it.
  9. Wait... companion animal.... like.... this? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kenneth_Pinyan
  10. Those wraps.... We have some cars in CVAR that are wrapped:
  11. Lol that reminded me when my step mom, when Dad and her were in the process of naming my step brother, asked "Why do you Americans (she loves saying you Americans like she's better) always name your children biblical names?" I paused. I laughed. *cough*Jesús, Maria, Juan, Jose, Lazaro, Miguel, Pablo, Pedro, Santiago, Gabriela, Josefina, Nazario, Salvadór, Mario. It was absolute LOL moment. Lady who singles out people for something she didn't even consider to think about. Complete diarrhea of the mouth.
  12. These things don't depreciate unless things start breaking, it appears... I was curious too and looked at Harbor Freight. They have two but I don't understand the whole voltage/current thing and duty cycle as far as whats good and whats not good... http://search.harborfreight.com/cpisearch/web/search.do?keyword=TIG&Submit=Go 100% duty cycle @ 98 amps I don't even know what to think about that? I think I've seen 100% @ 200 amps before so I guess the lower the worse? Anyway, that one was in the $300 range.
  13. I agree. We had a Mini come into the shop and I did some suspension work on it which "required" me to take it out around the block to let it settle down. Right hand drive, sitting low, tiny buzzy car. Slower than my Z but it was ridiculously fun to drive. Just the whole right hand drive thing got me bouncing off the walls... Oh and I believe it was Tony who explained to me how in Japan, the production of the L20A-L28et really took off compared to America. You used the analogy that here in the States we know all sorts of trick ♥♥♥♥ for pushrod V8's because thats our thing. With that said: 11.03 Second 1/4 mile off of a street NA Z. So I mean, take it how you wish.
  14. Haha dude I was joking! Its a nice looking car! What sanction will it run in?
  15. I remember my mom telling me how when she lived up north she would see these Grateful Dead followers on the train all doped up and excited. I think the only song I like is Casey Jones.
  16. Yah Big-Phil the ride height looks fine if you ask me. Not a fan of green however the car looks mean. Tis pretty. :] I see from the videos on your account that you now have a ported head and such? What are all the holes in your bumpers for?
  17. So... Can an R200 diff. handle a V8? Is it strong enough? I'm worried about blowing it up. Hahaha
  18. Did I just hear you describe music with the verb, masturbating? Listen to this, its music for emo-goth-pretty-masturbatory men: http://dumpalink.com/videos/Death-metal-bowser-s-castle-theme.html Because I knew you would love it! Haha I love the part where he's headbanging while playing a game. EDIT: No wait! I found something that fits your description PERFECTLY! http://www.dailymotion.com/video/x1pqvn_cradle-of-filth-nymphetamine_music If you can make it through the entire song without raging, I will salute you.
  19. Nah, my Dad had both my step brother and I singing Werewolves in London by the time we hit 4... I guess we're just not a big music family. Dear lord I just heard Pictures of Matchstick Men. The only version I heard was Ozzy's... I feel like he slaughtered that after hearing this...
  20. Tell me what you think. I'll buy the car if you are wanting just the shell. Just have to make sure no one else gets it before me...
  21. Other than the product placement in the picture... I think I went to O'Rilleys at one point last summer asking for an oil sending unit and they had one for like $5. I don't like the electric units but I'd rather have that compared to an oil line running into the cabin. Get another Tee fitting, one that was 3 outs since you are using a 2 out one already. Screw on an oil pressure warning unit. From there you can hook it up to do just about anything, turn on a light, turn off the fuel pump so you motor quits before its too late, etc. This way you can still utilize the electric oil pressure gauge but have the safety of a quick acting warning system because we all know that if oil pressure drops the gauge won't tell us until several seconds later when it finally reaches rock bottom and during those several seconds you've been running dry. http://www.oreillyauto.com/site/c/detail/BOR0/S4000.oap?year=1976&make=Nissan&model=280Z&vi=1209237&keyword=oil+pressure&partType=03438&parentPartType=C0039
  22. I've always wondered why some of these dudes weren't in Vietnam rather than making music...
  23. Oh and I might add. Cars are meant to be driven. I'd hate to actually have a choice of cars to ride...
