yeah that is wide stony, but your tires are a lot wider than the 26x10.5R15s I am looking at and your rims are 2" than the 8"s I'm looking at. I dont think the hight is the problem or is it? I wish I could stuff tires like that.

I was going to grt a set of rear tires and rims just for the track. So should i not try and fit the biggest tire? Z ya, do you run 8" springs?

what rim size should i run 15x8 with 5.5" or 4.5" back spacing? This should help my traction problem.

Do not forget the stub axles, this will be your week link even if you use an R200 they will blow out first. Stony just made a custom 300ZX stub / CV kit.

What do you want for the LSD??? I could use one.... As for the kit I think it is a cool idea.

On the AWD oil sump or a steel one? Or a steel one? I have seen the AWD one cut up and welded with a sheet metal rear sump, looks like lots of work, i will send you some photos. making a steel one work is alot of work as well because the pickup is on the outside of the inner bolt pattern.

I saw this photo on the album first, you tricked me. Looks cool. I did not think the stock gas tank would allow that muffler to come out at that angle.

I will start working on my oil pan later this week if things work out, I was supposed to start making it this weekend but my laser cutter did not come through. So I made custom end tanks to stuff my Apexi GTR intercooler in to the Z instead. Will post pics soon. The motor is as low as i could go and so far back that i had to remove the stock gearbox mount and the bracing around the tunnel. If i wanted to move it back more I would have to remove the hood catch that is 1/4" away from hitting.

Bb30zx, I will send you the file when I get to work Monday, the flanges use the stock 240 rubber mounts and bolt to the side of an RB26. then I cut up the angle to fit my jigs. 81na ZX, the RB26 I have is first and only RB block I have ever seen, but from what I hear all the RB blocks are the same...but dont quote me on that. I just up loaded some photos on the Album you can see the mounts there. or on my link.

I have jigs to make more RB motor mounts, but i live in Canada. My mounts have 1/4" thick flanges and 1.5"x1.5" angle joining them. I could send you the autoCAD file so you could have some flanges made up at a local laser cutter.

It looks like it has a 2" driveshaft, now that is stuffed in.

How much power are you putting down at the tires? and at what PSI? just wondering what I might put down, just ordered some RC 550cc's and I have my HKS EVC now. Your sump is on its way i think they said it would be there by March 4th.

Stony taking out the RB26DETT?? come on....Say it's not so. Get some bigger turbos if you want more power.
