  1. 15x7.5 +1 205/60R15 little lowered stock fenders It rubbed only one time in the back on a big bump. A little bit more camber and no problems
  2. Wheel and tire specs? I don't like the oem front but these pictures have quite a professional look.
  3. I guess these are the deluxe ones? Can you make a picture of the the side, to see how they enclose the wheel arch?
  4. While we are at it, does anyone know at which speed you can expect this behavior?
  5. I bought an fiberglas air dam with ducts vom MSA, it is 2-3 cm too small to fit "good". I had to pull the sides quite a bit.
  6. Ok thanks. I bought the MSA flares but I am quite unsatisfied with the fit. A tip where I can get a set which fit the best? The Marugen Shoukai? http://home.att.ne.jp/sky/FairladyZ/ZG/OF/of1_new.htm In comparison with the overfenders of your first post, they don't seem to be similar.
  7. What are the differences between the ZG type, the Works Type A and Type B overfenders? How wide are they? For example in relation to the overfenders MSA sells.
  8. @socorob: I have these belts but I'm still waiting for the new seats. They have to go through some harness holes or between the bars of the head rest.
  9. You could use a 3-Point H harness with the original mount points
  10. 1. I think with Google Spreadsheets everyone who has the Link could insert data (if configured) and the moderating part would be small. On the other side, we could make a thread where we post the neccessary data and someone fits them into the sheet. 2. a template to print out/tinker with a scala to see the what measurements the wheel could have, would be nice too. The tire could be excluded.
  11. Maybe with google spreadsheet (like excel but online). I would prefer a table which you can sort for all details, like tire width or offset. Possible columns could be: wheel width, offset, stock struts/upgrades, distance to strut/coil, distance to fender, fender status(rolled/stock/flared), tire size(split to width, diameter and cross-section), tire manufacturer, tire type, link to a picture and the other things you mentioned. But someone would have to moderate it. I would love to see that.
  12. WIP Have been told they look like bullet holes. 15x7.5 +1 205/60 R15
  13. I changed the rear transmission seal two times. I don't think the oil gets through the part where the seal is but where the shaft gets into the yoke sleeve.
  14. As is looks like I have a leakage in the yoke sleeve. The brown spot in the middle. The previous owner has used rubber-like glue to seal the place. So my questions.... Is there an air vent in the yoke sleeve? If there is one, can I close it? What would be the best solution to this problem? Liquid metal glue on the inside or outside?
  15. 5,92 mm clearance with 15x10 +0. I'm quite optimistic but it's kind of nerve-stretching, if you can only wait.
  16. haha My reason is, I want the fender flares so much! Front will differ, I need to measure first but I think 15x9 +0 or 15x9,5 +0. Here I am more concerned with the tire. Could you please take pictures of the clearence in the back?
  17. I from Germany and we have.... I would call it national regulations. We have to register every change we make and it has to bee checked by the "TÜV". For everything lower than zero offset (-1 to -50) you need a very very expensive expertise (about 15.000$). If you don't care for the TÜV you will lose you insurance and driving permission for the car on legal roads when it comes to an accident or stopped by the police.
  18. Thanks so far. The problem is, zero offset is the maximum I can do to get away from the springs otherwise it would be easy to fit wheels...The 245 tire shouldn't be a problem on the 10" rim. But it looks like I have to wait for the coilover to measure what will fit.... If someone has some handy experience, I would be glad.
  19. Oh I forgot. It's a 73 240z with made to order coilover http://www.tein.co.jp/spd/spd_search.cgi?id=130205-4S&lang=en and the wheels will be 15x?? Work Equip 03. The width will vary with the outcome to this thread. My problem as non-american is, I can't legally use wheels with negative offset, spacers included. While I am asking for clearence.. would 15x9,5 +1 fit? It's quite annoying I can't measure it yet, the coilover takes ages... As I read people run wheels with 4,5" backspace with stock suspension...
