    Thanks for the offer but that's more than I'm looking to spend. I buy a whole set off ebay for 50.00. I sold a motor to a guy as a rebuildable core and one of the rods is bad. I'm just trying to make it right and send him a rod.

    I got my Jets from Jason at Warehouse33.net He is a Weber Redline authorized Dealer. He does not have all the Weber parts listed on the website but call or email him he can get everything they make. Mention HybridZ and a get 10% discount.

    87-89 bmw 325i convertibles have some nice recaro seats as well

    That's kinda the plan, spend most of the budget on the top end of the motor. I may not even go stroker.

    I'm not really looking to try and squeeze every drop of power out of the motor. I thought I'd spend the most on the top end of the motor. The head itb's and haltech is almost 3/4 my budget.

    Clark Your car is very close to what I'm looking to do. I was thinking 3.1, Haltech, TWM ITB's or Weber's ITB set up plus lots of head work and a cam.

    So I'll start with the I know I can build a turbo motor for less money, I have several turbo motors and a couple n/a motors already. My budget is 7500-8000 bucks for the build. My question for the guys that have built a 3.1 stroker is Would you do it again? I'm just building a toy. Track day drivers events maybe an autocross or 2 but mostly just a fun fast street toy.     Post another picture of the complete linkage on just one of the carbs. Something is upside down or backwards. The throttle shaft should be more up and down, not angled out
